8 Colours Korean Bbq Buffet - Takapuna - Photo album

Very popular place with a steady stream of customers. Very risky to show up without a booking. Great feel and decor. Large restaurant but to accomodate the crowds, tables are quite close to each other. Good variety with the regular Korean BBQ meats and mains/salads selections but poor on the dessert
Excellent korean bbq. Food is delicious with lots of options. The marinated pork is easily the best fried meat. The frozen cheese cake bites are surprisingly tasty as well. Also have many pre-cooked (ready to eat) items as well. Overall, a great experience. Only gave 4 stars because they are so busy
Hidden Gem, from the outside doesn’t look that inviting but once inside found service to be friendly and good range of all you can eat buffet. BBQ your own food is different and entertaining. Left very content and really surprised how reasonable the total meal was.
Not a great looking site from the outside. Once inside it is fine. You have the option of buffet or bbq buffet. You can snack on the hot cooked food then cook your own meat. Limited array off bbq meats but enough sides to make it worth while. Overall good value for money and would recommend it.
Don’t understand why it doesn’t have more than 4 stars. My kiwi friend recommend that I check out here when I come to Auckland and I went here today! To be honest, it was the best bbq place I’ve ever been to in NZ and Brisbane. And super cheap!! Cheaper than other places in Wellington or Brisbane wh
Excellent Korean all you can eat bbq. always satisfied when dining at eight colors I travel from west Auckland. Great selection of meat plentiful raw and cooked. Also a great selection of fresh Korean salads side dishes hot and cold, also soups, and to top it off cheese cake fresh fruit coffee for d
There were decent options for food and the staff were accommodating. Only thing is it's quite pricy compared to other Korean restaurants in CBD. Would be a great option for family or with friends.
All in all, not a bad Korean BBQ restaurant. However, the interior is very smokey, which takes a while to get used to. It's also quite dim, which might be a result of the smoke. The variety is not bad, but doesn't have quite as much One Dak (but that's $28pp, and this is $25pp). There's a lot of coo
Hearty meal indeed, ate all my fave Korean food 😁 happy tummy
This is the best Korean BBQ I found in Auckland. Often changing frying plates, fresh meat, good ambient, lights, no annoying music. Quite a lot of space.
