Yummy, pastry delish, filling nice. Chips good.

Addicted to the Billy T and Dr Pepper! This restaurant chain makes great pies! And the fries! OMG. It took a good ten minutes to get the fries (chips) we ordered but OMG! They were so scrumptiously amazing! And not oily! Great choice of meal with the pies.

Bought some takeaway chips on Friday night which weren't very good. Went back on Sunday afternoon to chat with the Manager, and he immediately remedied the situation with super friendly service, and a fresh batch of hot chips... Bravo, well done! Very good service...

My husband loves their miss muffet pie sooooo much. We always go jesters after Sunday takapuna market. I like pepper staeak pie more, the meet is juicy and pastry is perfect

This is the last time come to here. Really Bad services. The staff are very unfriendly. And the pie was also smaller than before and no any taste at all. Never come back again. Never.

on Friday,  27 April 2018, we asked Jesters, Takapuna to cater for our Office party, across the road. Not only were the pies not ready at the time, we had agreed days earlier, for pick up but they were still frozen, uncooked and inedible.  I was left waiting 40 mins for the first batch of uncooked pies and the two other batches, more uncooked than the first batch were very slow in being plated.  I had to cook them for 50 mins in our over to have them ready to eat, after all this delay.  It was a big failure and the guests left without eating.  I will NEVER recommend them and will NEVER go back to them.  They did not even offer any apology.

I had a Mother Hubbard pie with spinach, feta and smoked salmon, which was full and creamy with a perfectly crusty top. The place is under new management and it shows, the pie was delicious and the service was awesome. I will be back.

The woman behind the counter was rude, and snatched my money when I handed it over, and the pie was obviously the dud of the batch, it was slightly burnt, deflated and way smaller than I remember these pies were. <br/><br/>This franchise is letting the brand down.
