Review Kiwiyo - Takapuna

The best yoghurt I had, so many choices of flavours and toppings you can add but a bit steep of price for a small cup, though you pay by the weight.. Recommended to try..

Super yummy, but inflation is making prices go up (understandably). The girl who works here Fri/Sat nights is really lovely. I spend a lot of money here on break lol and the girls who work here are always smiley and make me feel really welcome.

Amazing! Great to eat on a hot day. Great selection of delicious flavours, including frozen yogurts as well as sorbet. I liked the selection of toppings too. Was nice that the fruit seemed fresh as well! Just gotta watch how much you put in your cup here as the price goes up quite a lot! I would give 5 stars if it wasnt sooooo expensive to eat here!

Yummmmmmmm. The cleanest fro-yo shop I've EVER been to because it didn't look like it's been destroyed by kids nor were any of the toppings uncovered and making me concerned like most others are. Plus, they had a few more soft serve flavours than just the standard ones, like I had a cookies n cream whilst there might have even been a coconut dairy free one to try. As for the toppings again, there were heaps of choices and all full up! The only saving grace for any of our waist lines is that we pick the smallest bowls so there's only so much we can fill it up with (but we try, oh do we try).

I love this place so much, it’s an amazing frozen yogurt store with a variety of toppings and frozen yogurt! Decent prices as well, charging by weight. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a treat in the summer 🌺

hmmm fun experience and delicious frozen yogurt, the fruits toppings aren’t 100% fresh, they ok but I quite like the candy. It’s a tad expensive as it’s charge by weigh and the girl that serve us speaks very soft can barely hear when she asked for our vaccine pass, would be better experience if she was nicer.

Nice place for dessert. You can choose yoghurt ice cream, pancakes, waffles among other things. You can relax and chat with friends.

Love it here. The kids and even the dog have an amazing time and nice and close to the beach. Clean shop. Good staff

Delicious frozen yogurt store. Great variety of toppings. You help yourself to your yoghurt flavors, toppings and then go and pay.

Such great, yummy frozen yoghurt. There are nice flavours of frozen yoghurt and so many awesome toppings!(Including varieties of candy and nuts) I got the strawberry frozen yoghurt with rainbow belts and my dad got the chocolate frozen yoghurt. Very good, quick service. It's a shame self-service wasn't available due to COVID, but still a great experience. I would recommend this to anyone!

Excellent place to go with family, as you can all have what you want and know it's a little bit healthy. Great range of yogurts and toppings. Good range of opening hours. We're regularly there, and especially good for a summer quencher

Very clean store. Staff also friendly. Its our first time having KiwiYo, definitely will go back. I love mango yogurt.

Shop was unattended between times of 7 PM to 9 PM. People are waiting outside, paying customers are waiting outside. A note was left on the door that it will open at 8 but no one came.<br/><br/>Very bad to have a staff like this for your business especially on Summer time.<br/><br/>Date: 11 December 2019

Bring more than ten dollars, good music and vibes. Gluten and dairy free options. But lady commented how we can in twice :( that’s the end love you xox

KiwiYo is damn allgood. Been here so many times and it's never failed to impress. They always have a good selection and staff are always pretty friendly. x

Came in for some dessert and the service was great and the price was fairly good. They are open pretty late too as we came in around 8pm and they were still open till 9pm. Feel like froyo places have died down quite a lot but this is still one of the best ones :)

Service here was great considering there was about 3 workers here at around early 8pm. The place was really empty and don’t think it should’ve been to be totally honest. Kiwi Yo in my eyes is really underrated, I haven’t heard much about it but was so happy with the variety of flavours and toppings here. The prices are very cheap as well. Know for a fact i’ll be back :)

I had a red velvet, chocolate and vanilla flavors. All three flavors were simply delicious. I choose a lot of toppings but their were plenty more that I'm yet to try.

Very nice and friendly service, yoghurts have difference choice, even my kids like put theirs favorite toppings, every times coming get different feelings. I love it!

Kiwiyo has lots of different yoghurt flavours and different topping to choose from! You can mix the different yoghurt types of you want of you can just stick with a few flavours that you want :) and you can have whatever toppings you want too! It's good!

Clean and friendly they often have their machine down (myb cleaning ? Or filling it up ?? ) anyways I like their waffle cone as my topping but the owner said it's only whenever he has left over broken cones in the box. Well overall it is a healthier dessert option compare to what all the other places in takapuna lol

everything was very clean and well stocked - I had rockmelon as a topping and it was super fresh! nice to see it was nice and busy too on a Monday night

Loved this place for ages until they stopped using the beautiful fruity flavours and kept disgusting ones on like marshmallow, coffee, caramel etc. that’s not what frozen yoghurt is about. Yoghurt is about fruits and fresh tastes. <br/>They’ve lost a lot of custom from myself and others whom agree with this.

Always had good service here. Came one night with my sister who struggled to walk around much, to which they were very accomodating. Even when I forgot to give my points card at the time of transaction, they reversed the transaction so I wouldn't lose any points. Will be back here again

I snuck in here for a treat on a recent visit. It's a fairly standard frozen yogurt pace with lots of varieties of yogurts and toppings.<br/><br/>It's clean, fresh and the staff were helpful.<br/><br/>

We've been here a few times now.  It always is clean and tidy, and has a nice layout.  Im not keen on all the flavours, but stick to the ones I know, and I always enjoy adding toppings of choice for added flavour.  A great place for a casual dessert.

My favourite would be their waffles! I always get the nutella with mango fro yo. The waffles used to be so soft but recently i have been getting a dry waffle.

Good variety of toppings. But not many choices on the flavours of the ice cream. Most of them were fruitish. But they could have cool options like caramel, walnut, maple, etc. which didn't exist today, but may be offered tomorrow. The place has many seats, and some parking on street.

This pushes the boundaries on the pudding scale for me - I like the new york cheesecake, irish cream and mint flavours but always find these are few and far between appearances. This store has always been particularly clean on my visits, especially around the toppings bar - in comparison to others I've been to.

A cool place in this suburb to have froyo when it's hot outside. The staff is super friendly. Lots of candies and nuts to add on. Floor needs constant cleaning because nuts fall all over. Will go again.

Can't go wrong with cheap ice cream and candy. The little photobooth adds a nice touch too. Great for catchups with friends and perfect for when you're hitting taka beach on a hot day

Yum yum yum, Clever initiative. Love the new flavours and toppings. friendly service. Bit expensive but worth it
