Review Burger King - Takapuna

Absolutely awesome experience, Manager was super humble and customer focussed , rest of the team were nice too. Burger taste good and fresh, loved the new dispensing machine, i had lemon tea wasnt too sweet like other drinks.. Review Ranger rating 5/5

Good staff. Tried the wings for the first time. Delicious. Fresh, too. Place could have used a bit of a tidy up, especially with 2-3 staff on and the place was very quiet. Hence, only a 4 star rating.

Yum yum yum, I love BK. They have staples and new burgers all the time. The food is always fresh, but the fries can be hit and miss. Also the sundaes aren't as good as maccas. But they have drive through, and plenty of parking if you want to eat in.

Hmm...Easy and cheap. That's all i would say about BK. love the food here. it's easy to satisfy that craving and hunger. nice parking outside and no rush at all. just go and grab what you like..5 stars for the service.

Probably the cleanest burger king bear the cbd (20 mins from cbd) because all bk's in the city are messy. I dont know if its only a placebo, but the food tastes better than the cbd ones

It's your typical Burger King, but the pigeons make great company - they're very polite patrons :)

Clean premises, friendly staff. My burger tasted like it had been cooked hours ago but that always seems to be a hit and miss in any BK store.

Not bad. In the days that I go there, service is usually not bad. Place is clean. So far so good.

Ok, pretty fast service. Seems to be a problem with homeless people coming in, refilling soft drinks then leaving!

They could be a bit faster.... but the quality was decent and the portion was enough.

Service is absolute shite, every time I go here they never accept coupons, staff is extremely rude, never offer compensation for no coupons and just tell you to leave. Definitely not coming back here!

Cheap and easy. Staff tend to be rude; and order is normally incorrect sometimes the food taste a bit stale but otherwise is okay. It’s a 50/50 chance as to whether you’ll have a good experience or a not so good one. Good quick cheap place to shut the kids up though.

Visited here recently as I was in the some area and wanted some lunch. Monday lunchtime, it was very busy. Easy enough to order no problems there. Got to use the mix drink machine which was awesome. I can make my drink just the way I like it. Wait time was as expected. While waiting I noticed while looking back into the kitchen that some of the food was being handled without gloves which I thought was quite unsanitary. Also a commercial rubbish bin was wheeled through the front door and through the middle of the food joint. That was a first. I started looking at the general cleanliness of the place and it was not up to standard really. Litter and spilled drinks were on the floor. Tables were not clean. In saying this there was only 4 staff on at this time.<br/><br/>Food was delicious as usual, no problems there. I am not opposed to going back here but I think there needs to be some improvement to the practices regarding food handling and cleanliness.

Cheap, easy. Usual clean tables and fast service. Perfect for in a rush. The only let down is lack of a drive thru and difficult parking but if passing by and needing food. Good opinion

Came here just before 2am on Sunday morning after finding the Mairangi Bay drive thru full to the brim and every other BK had closed early???? The dine in at Takapuna was open and the staff were really friendly for that time of morning. The place was a little grubby but that can be expected for that time of day, a part from that the food was cooked fresh and hot which was perfect, they have a good deal on at the moment for 20 nuggets and 2 large fries for $10 if you have the app. I thought I was hungry but struggled and couldn’t finish all the nuggets! Will definitely be back if I need another late BK fix!

Has to be the worst Burger King in NZ. Was there 2 weeks ago, spacies turned off, broken seats, out of order ice cream machine and rubbish everywhere. Returned today wondering if that was a one off and alas it was not. This time the spacies were still off, the ice cream machine out of order, the frozen drink machine out of order, the Ice machine on the drink dispenser out of order, broken seats, rubbish everywhere, drinks station in disgusting state and the whole floor was covered in drink and filth and was sticky. The staff look like they are lost. The service is useless and there is a real lack of leadership. Will never return to this store and I strongly encourage others to bypass this. It is clear by the feedback dating 6 months back that no one is doing anything about this store and it's a real shame.

I was there awhile ago. And the place was disgusting. Rubbish all over the floor. The bins hadn't been changed all day as they were overflowing. The staff are dispicable, every single one of them are rude as hell. None of the tables are wiped down at all. <br/><br/>Honestly this is the worst BK in Auckland and maybe even New Zealand. Close this store down. Its a disgrace.<br/>

Without doubt the worst BK I've ever been to. The burger I had was not fresh and when I returned it, i was told that in the evenings, "none of our burgers are"!!! Combined with cold fries..... Yuck.

Sorry worst Burger King store we've been too. Beat the CBD in terms of lack of quality and cleanliness which is very surprising considering the amount of foot traffic the CBD store gets, you would think a central store would always be automatically at the bottom of the ranks. But, somehow the Takapuna store was worse at service and dirtier.<br/><br/>Burgers were just really disappointing, slapped together and limp, even for fast food standards. Lucky our expectations were low, but even we were surprised - we thought, this is the reason we rarely go for fast food!

Ws going to have lunch there today but the large supply of farmer brown eggs that had just been delivered stopped me in my tracks. They are the worst battery farm eggs,  truly awful. PLEASE USE FREE RANGE
