We were so tired during our trip. But the chips and a nice coffee at the Flat Rock Cafe got us back to live! Fast and friendly staff.

We needed to stop for bathroom and wifi so bought some chips (were told we didn't need to buy anything) but I'm so glad I did the chips were awesome and great value. Very friendly staff, lovely outdoor area. Thanks

Lovely meal. Hugely impressed with effort made in providing gluten free option. Much appreciated

We went there as a club group after visiting a nearby commercial facility. We received a warm welcome, were seated quickly and had our orders taken. Service was a bit slow. However, it was worth the wait as the food was delicious. The Cafe has plenty of parking in its own parking area, and it is easily wheelchair accessible. A pleasant setting with a country atmosphere. We'll worth a visit

Probably the only cafe that I noticed on my drive from Blenheim to Motueka on a weekday early morning. Well located or can’t be missed. Great place for a coffee. The toilets were clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and the person who served me recommended a great coffee. Yes, I’ll definitely visit this place on my next drive.

We stopped here for coffee on our bike ride from Tapawera to Wakefield. Wonderful friendly staff and fantastic scones! Staff went out of their way to welcome us… especially the little one! We had great service and would come back any day. Thank you from the girls group!

Thanks to the nice ladies for the most pleasant stay so far. We've had great food for a fair price. The best thing was the coffee. Coming from overseas i gotta say that NZ has great coffee on general. But this place offered the best so far!!! I had to get another. The Lady at the machine is a magician! The service was great aswell. Thanks dont change a thing:) Edit: i had to come in for a third coffee. And my wife wanted another veggie wrap.

Wonderful breakfast with great views. The potatoes are my favorite ever and the French toast was perfect. Thanks so much! Definitely deserves a higher rating than the current 4.4!

I want there 2 days in a raw and it was the same experience each day: some mistakes with my order and a long wait.. BUUUUT... I think that they are probably understaffed and pretty busy. I would say don't go there if you are in the hurry but if you're not, go and have a nice coffee on their lovely terrace! The staff is very frienldy and smiling and to me, it's WAY MORE IMPORTANT than having your order quickly! 😊

Great coffee and food! Staff were super lovely too! Hollandaise sauce was so tangy, and hash browns delicious 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Awesome staff, location and food selection. Stayed behind cafe in motorhome couple of days, great base for bike trail riding. Relocated further down valley and still came back for brunch and dinner .
