After scouring the area for a genuine curry, I was lucky enough to find a spice lovers haven in a culinary white bread area. Two fab curries, spiced to our taste. Definitely a must visit for those with a yearning for tingling dishes. Even the sparrows loved the leftovers, not ours though…there weren’t any!

The takeout is delicious too, and the manager is very courteous. I ordered for takeout, and though I had to wait for a while, the manager kindly gave us some complimentary snacks. The service was truly excellent!

The true essence of of an Indian restaurant. The food was authentic Indian stuff. The staffs were friendly but professional. However, the prices are on the higher side of affordable, which seems ideal fit for quantity and quality of food. But but but, if I am paying for food priced on the higher end I expect to be served with proper cutlery and not probably not paper plates and wooden cutlery (which I reckon is definitely great for takeaways)

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The masala dosa was a nostalgic delight, reminiscent of home-cooked flavors. A five-star gem for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine. Highly recommend! Definitely one of the best places I’ve been in Taupō.

Definitely recommend, was on the expensive side compared to most Indian but worth it. Perfect Chicken Balti, Butter Chicken & naan. They did charge us for delivery though their menu stated free delivery on orders over $30.

Wow! This is a really nice casual diner. They have a few options which you won't find at most Indian restaurants. We ended up buying a few different chat items and they were all very tasty. I will definitely visit again for the pani puri alone.

We love the delivery option, the food is always hot and fresh, friendly delivery staff, and always a personalized thank you on the bag. I think it's the best Indian in Taupo.. ohh and you must get a tub of ice cream and the chocolate Naan for pudding!!! 😋 yum!!

It's been awhile since I last ordered from here and the food still tastes just as great now as it did back then. Though the special delivery cost (due to being just a lil out of normal delivery range) has gone up due to inflation its was still exceptional service
