You will be doing yourself an injustice if you don't go and check out the new bar menu at beach 243...A delectable, mouth watering lamb burger, served with a side of sweet potato fries along with a side of freshly made crumbed chicken bites accompanied by a scrumptous spicy dipping sauce...
My wife indulged in the freshest of fish & chips served with a delightful yet different kilkenny vinaigrette & mushy peas. To top it off it was obvious the quality of the food was due to the ingredients used.
We'll certainly be back to try the rest of the menu...

The beer and mocktails were really good. The platter probably needs some improvement as it wasn't the best.

We had a nice 3 course meal here. Loved the oysters. Kids meal was good too and the kitchen was happy to swap chips for vegetables.

Been there a couple of times recently and the food and service have been really good. Pricier than some but worth it, plus great location on the lake front.
