Big variety of takeaway food from fish n chips to stir fry dishes. Great thing is you pick a container, I think regular, medium or big, then choose what food items you want. I'm more into fish n chips, the fish was good but not a fan of soft or soggy chips. The prices have gone up, so photo shot the billboard menu as at June 2023.
My friends and I were on holiday from Auckland last week and a local had recommended this place. The customer service was amazing. The lady was super nice, generous and genuine. We had ordered fish and chips, and meals from their hot self serve options. It was my first time trying deep fried mushrooms and they were delicious! The food was fresh, the variety of options was great and pricing was great for the quantity. Would really recommend for those wanting a delicious affordable meal. 😊
Great choice for Fish & Chips deals if you're visiting Taupo. $28 deal fed a hungry family of 4 while busy swimming. Friendly service - great taste reminds me of fish n chips from childhood in the 90s. Big portions of fish, delicious fritters and hot dogs. Ordered over the phone and food was promptly ready for pick up. Will definitely order here again next time I'm in Taupo.
worked here for 3 years and ate here for about 10 years. wontons are homemade and chinese is always cooked fresh. owners are some of the kindest people in taupō. if you want to support local businesses eat here!!
WonTons are excellent, had fish and chips, were tasty, we will be returning to try the Chinese options.
Very clean, busy but efficient so good turnover of fresh food, generous servings, clear communicators, friendly, fresh fish options but regular fish also delicious. Nice crispy chips.

By far the best fish and chips I have had in years. Definitely go here net time I visit.
