Excellent and friendly service. Easy to use online ordering, with prompt replies. The Pizza was fabulous and so were the oven fries. We highly recommend the Paetiki Pizza House for great pizza's - chicken and camembert especially - and we will be back for more!
We only buy pizza from them. The place is clean and the staff understand people have allergies and work in a way to keep people safe. Their pizza is really nice and reasonably priced.

We ordered two large pizzas and 10 mins later they were ready. Trouble is they were thick base not thin.
When the error was pointed out they were completely apologetic and immediately offered to replace as ordered. No fuss and the replacements were perfect.
So, it's easy when it all goes right. But when it doesn't, that's when you get to see reality. It was our first visit, and we'll be back.
The pizzas were well priced with many option that we look forward to trying.

Great quality food here. Burgers were very good, hot chips and potato wedges are excellent. A little bit pricey on the chips and wedges. Very pleasant service.
Best pizza in taupo , great flavours and fusion of sauce makes it delicious and delicate price . 10/10 suggestions.
