Review Chicking Taupo - Taupo

Friendly staff Chicken cooked fresh and hot. Not greasy at all, great crunch and juicy, even the tenders had a bounce bite. Floor was slippery and toilets not nice. Menu was disorganized and incomplete. I look fwd to eating again and trying the whole chicken bucket of drums and thighs. Chicken was delicious

I tried chicking for the first time and I loved it! Everything was so fresh and tasty. The spicy chicken was my favourite! There were alot of tables to sit at aswell.

If you are looking for a halal option in Taupo this is one of them. The chicken has the halal certificate from FIANZ. It was good!!

Foods always fresh never really had a problem with the food. Good alternative other than kfc! Customer services is always welcoming would definitely be coming back for more:)

We came in here for lunch and it we were genuinely impressed with how yum it was. We both got a combo which was $14.99 (can't remember the name sorry). It was really good value, cooked fresh to order so very hot when you get it - make sure you wait for it to cool down! It's probably the crunchiest chicken we've had. Would definitely have again! Btw the chicken burger looked way better in person than my photo looks haha, oh and there were chips as well but I gave them to my hubby so not in pic.

I’d say this is the best fast food food I’ve ever eaten in New Zealand. The toasties was an absolute bomb. If you didn’t like vegetables you should get this one as you will only be served with some juicy chicken accompanied with spicy and scrumptious sauces that will leave you speechless. The coleslaw is also one of the best if not the best compared to other fast food branches. The fries are also very good and I would proudly say it is as good if not better than Maccas fries. The chicken popcorn is also amazing. The only thing lacking is there’s no sauce station which is non-existent in all other fast food places all around NZ. The prices are also very reasonable. Also they are certified halal. I hope there’s gonna be a branch in Christchurch if not in the whole of South Island soon.

Firstly amazing owners, they really care for the place and every customer! It's great to see such hardworking humble people. The food is cooked fresh, they go the extra mile to make sure your experience is perfect . I will definitely be back , wish you all the success !
