So good I could cry. I genuinely feared I was being served something glutenous, it's so good and convincing. Sandwiches and donuts, what more could a celiac sufferer ask for? Delicious options, delightful coffee even for those of us who don't much care for coffee, good pricing, phenomenally helpful and friendly staff.

Lovely cafe, friendly service and beautiful vegan food. Gluten free date scones absolutely amazing! (had to buy another one for take away 🙂). Great coffee too! The new owners have introduced some great improvements!

My fiancé and I had a brunch here during Easter holiday. We didn’t know it was vegan cafe 🫢 we ordered cheese scone, two coffee and a brunch menu it was DELICIOUS 😍 I would recommend this place even if you are not vegan or vegetarian.

Wow, what a great experience we had visiting Nourished. The team there were so friendly and inviting, and nothing was problem despite being busy. Food was top notch with enough of a range to cater to everyone's needs. Eatery had a real clean, relaxed, and airy feel to the place. Would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to our next visit.

I don't know who is making these desserts... They are amazing... Every Sunday I try their delicious desserts.. this time it was ginger slice and the brownie.. never ever taste the brownie like this.. and they are vegan 👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨🐝☀️

New owners are doing a fantastic job, so friendly and welcoming. Great menu, lots of gluten free options, good coffee, high chair for kids. Will be the best Cafe in Tauranga in no time.

This is the best food in Tauranga period. All Vegan and such a cool space. It's painted with nice fun color and there are sometimes little birds that visit you at your table! The staff are also amazing, and extremely friendly. It is more of a daytime breakfast/lunch cafe menu. They also have the best Oat milk flat white in town. I can't rate them highly enough. Superior job they are doing for the customers, and the Vegan community in general.

Lunchtime!! I have two vegan friends and this place was great for them! We enjoyed what we ordered... veggie Fry up, hash burger, “something”bowl 🍲 (sorry can’t remember the name) and vegan chocolate cake, delicious 🤤. Ps its dog friendly.

aaah...from where shud I start praising this cute little cafe. First of all....IT'S A VEGAN CAFE WHICH EVERYONE SHOULD TRY. From ambience to staff to food everything is super awesum and super tasty. We went at the brunch hour around 11am so it was the time when we were served lunch and not the breakfast. We ordered the Willow Bowl which was equally good in taste as good it was presented. Another mains we orderd was BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Burger. A very unique burger in the sense as I could never imagine a burger made using jackfruit. Totally nailed it in terms of taste. A must try if u are a fan of both burger and jackfruit. For drinks my wife ordered a flat white and I ordered a unique drink from the Health Potions named Beet Rasberry Coconut which was also presented quite nicely and I was just blown by the taste. A must try if you are in Tauranga !!

I was there many times with my partner, it's one of our most favorite places to eat delicious, healthy, vegan food! So good, everytime 🙏🏽 The staff is amazing, very friendly, you pay at the cashier and the food will be served afterwards, the waiting times are pretty good. Take-away is possible and the prices are good. We would always come back! Love you guys ❤️

Traveling through NZ in a camper van and decided to let someone else cook lunch for a change. We ate the creamy mushrooms on sourdough and the poke buddah bowl. Both were insanely good. Among the best vegan food me or my 20 year vegan girlfriend have ever tried. Incredibly friendly staff and amazing desserts, too.

Dining here now and couldn’t wait to write a review. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. Looks like the new owners are doing a great job 😊

🌱 Makes my heart sing! Vegan Heaven with focus on Health and Sustainability (mug library - reusable straws - no overbakin) I have been waiting so long to finally visit this place! I found it on Instagram when I first went vegan but couldn’t go because I’m based in Auckland. So many delicious and healthy vegan options! And the staff is very friendly and kind. Love the vibe of this place - just positive energy and love. One of my favorites is the frame wall - supporting other small artists - just love it.

Been here twice. Both times the food was really good and really fresh. They change their options frequently. I highly recommend this place for everyone, not only vegans. The fact that the food is all vegan is a big bonus!

Some of the staff were very friendly, while others were not at all. However, this doesn't detract from the fact that the coffee is great and the food is as well. The vegan options are particularly tasty. The menu is quite short, but this is understandable due to the lack of staff, which is affecting many hospitality businesses. One thing that could be improved is that the tables should be sprayed and wiped down after each customer to prevent them from becoming sticky and dirty.

Exceptional Vegan food! We ordered the Posh Porridge and the Breakfast Burrito. Absolutely blown away with presentation and the taste was even better. Well done Chef 👨‍🍳 ✅😀
