I had a small sized stonegrill seafood platter and a green salad, the seafood platter was so fresh, including salmon, scallops, prawns, and squids. I loved this idea to cook my own seafood dish.
We make regular visits to Imbibe, the meals/drinks are always amazing and the staff are very friendly. We had a function there on Saturday night, which started off as a dinner for 25 people. Everything was perfect, there was no mix ups and everyone was extremely impressed, I couldn't have asked for anything better!
Went to Imbibe yesterday ...excellent service and friendly helpful staff..the slow cooked fillet steak and fish of the day were the two meals we had..cooked perfectly and good sized servings..will definitely be going back
Have been a few times and we know meals can sometimes be a bit slow, but today we had no complaints. The food and services were both very good, will definitely be back. The seafood pasta was yummy. if you are reading this...stop now and go to Imbibe for a drink and a meal, you won't be disappointed.
Go here quite often and am always met my friendly staff. One guy in particular on the bar who goes out of his way to make your visit a good one. Very good, professional bar man and excellent at making cocktails! Have dined here a couple of time for lunch and just snacks along with our drinks and have not been disappointed, the only bad thing I have to say is what is up with the chicken salt on the fries!? It's not very pleasing and had caught me out a couple of times and haven't been able to eat them. But apart from that, will keep going back!

I had the pleasure of dining at Imbibe on a Friday afternoon for lunch and loved the experience. The waitress was really helpful and the food was delicious. I ordered the steak sandwich and my Mum ordered the chicken burger. The only critique I have is that it would have been great to have someone come over and ask if we would like additional drinks. When Mum went up to the bar though, they said they would bring them to the table. I will definitely be back.
Update: I have been back a further two times since my first experience and every time there service has been outstanding. My fiance and I went for dinner on a very busy Saturday night and were told there would be a 20 minute delay. This was fine with us and the scallops and prawns were absolutely delicious as were the brandy snaps I had for dessert. Dined again with my 8 month old son and my Mum for lunch and they gave us an awesome corner booth out of the way which was very much appreciated. There service and food are outstanding. Thoroughly recommend.
Everything was perfect, apart from not answering your phones, as we couldn't get through to make a reservation for the restaurant, and had to accept a seat at the bar to dine, but apart from that, well done.
I love Imbibe, especially for breakfast/brunch. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The food in consistently good, which is why we have gone back many time after first trying it using a voucher deal. They always serve lots of bacon with the breakfast which is why I recommend it. I like that it wasn't great and lots of food one time and then not the next. Delicious. However would be cool if they opened before 11am :)
Have to say we have always enjoyed our meals at Imbibe and this visit was no exception, the food was great it was just the music was soooo loud and started at 8 pm which seemed way too early for the crowd that was there. Talking to each became impossible so we didn't even stay for dessert, so I guess I must be getting old and now i know if i want a meal to be in and out before 8pm.
Fish of the day meal and Roast of the day meal....both cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. it was served quite quickly and with good customer service...i had a close interest on that lemon butter sauce also =)
One thing that i thought could have used for improvement was the salad...its taste a little plain and dry....but all other things were very good.
