Ordered, waited, and waited and then an employee came over looking bewildered and asked what we had ordered, apologized and said that they had lost the order. The burgers and fries arrived. Fries were only just warm so took these back to the counter to exchange. Given to us in a takeaway bag despite wanting to eat in. Burgers were good.

Favorite BurgerFuel in the Bay. Sitting outside in the summer feels like a holiday. American Muscle is everything and more a hamburger should be! Staff friendly and plenty of seating available.

Love this spot right here the staff are great super friendly and starting to remember my face 😅 can always find a discount code online that usually gets you something extra for free, so yea go get something to eat from them.

Very interesting burgers in this local burger chain. We got the Bastard (beef burger with beetroot and mango) and Combustion tofu (tofu burger with peanut sauce). Instead of the usual chips, we got motobites (pumpkin, carrot, chickpea, ginger). A good number of options for vegetarians and vegans, including the Combustion Tofu and motobites.

Tried the new Hybrid burger and it was awesome……. A reasonably priced burger that actually looks the same as the advertising and super tasty as well with kiwi staples egg/pineapple and beetroot. This burger is a winner guy’s please make it permanent.! Shout out to the staff at the Mount, very courteous and pleasant to talk to…… well done.

Burgers were great however our Kumara fries were a little oily - I could literally see the sheen of oil. I hadn't experienced that from a burger fuel before. Motor bites were slightly under done.. I don't prefess to be a "Burger fuel" connoisseur however I've had better experiences at other branches.

I absolutely LOVE Burger Fuel Mt Maunganui. So much, that we have made "Burger Fuel Friday" a tradition. Burger Fuel Mt Maunganui is the only place I've ever been to that is consistent with their customer service and quality of meals. Very happy visit, every time! :D

Been here a couple of times and had great service and delicious burgers! the last time we went for my 7 year old's birthday dinner - her choice, and they gave her a free dessert - she was delighted! Always been really polite and given us great service, everything we ordered (including some complex - kids who are fussy -orders). Yum! I wish it wasn't so expensive - adds up for a family!

Don't eat takeaways much but thought I'd give this a go - after all they moved from Bayfair to the Mount. Bought 3 combos. Girl at counter told me to take any 3 drinks from the cabinet. We did and sat down to wait. They called our order number and I went to get it and the manager accused me of stealing! I told him the girl told me to take 3 drinks and he said I had to put them back as I hadn't paid the upgrade from standard drinks to premium drinks ($1 extra @). I said fine I'd pay the extra ($2). Rude asshole. And the girl who served me just smiled at me! Won't go back again on principal. When we got home the fries were underdone (soggy). The burgers were average. And to top it all off theres nowhere to complain in writing to on their website so here I am! All this over $2. Customer service zero

We love Burger Fuel! The only problem, is that we never get what we order/pay for when we get take away :) It's happened the last 3 times. . . . When you're hanging for Kumara Fries and the order shows up at the office with Spud Fries, it puts a little downer on an otherwise epic meal - the Kumara Fries are the best!

The food is just perfectly delicious, considering it is a fast food place. However, since it *is* a fast food place, it is a bit too overpriced. I'm just saying that for a lot cheaper, you can get a meal from somewhere like Burger King, that tastes very close to what Burger Fuel meals are like, for a fraction of the price. Though, they do have some great combination's. For example, the fries are thick and served with garlic aoli.. Far more original than soggy shoestring fries with a (extra cost packet of ketchup from McD's. I'd go here more often if money wasn't a worry.
