Lovely Service From The Young Gentleman Great Coffee With My 2xtra Shots... Great Place To Have A Bit...

An upmarket bakery yes, delicious quality food yes but I need to address the coffee... There is a friendly gentleman with dark hair who makes in my opinion, which is what you're reading this to hear is so far the best coffee I have tasted in tauranga. I typically come here early morning before work and order a cappuccino. The beans are a medium roast with little acidity and a nice depth of flavour. The milk is something to behold, its frothed beautifully and has a full bodied silky mouth feel which is exactly what you should expect from a barista coffee. I would also like to add that this bakery knows the difference between a latte and cappuccino, no they are not the same thing (Mc Donald's morning crew I'm looking at you )which many places I've tried get wrong. This place is worth a stop in especially early morning for a pie and coffee. Plus a free heart shape biscuit!!

I ordered a morning tea for a presentation I was doing. Amazing food and service. I ordered the Artisan rolls and mixed slices, it was very fresh and everyone enjoyed the food. I added a large platter of strawberries myself. Definitely recommend.

Always excellent. Ticks all the boxes a great bakery needs to; delicious pastries and cakes, amazing breads and fantastic pies and savouries. The service has got to be best in class: generous and friendly. Finally the coffee is perfectly brewed and tasty. If you're hungry in Greerton make sure you give it a visit!

Had an almond milk flat white, which can be tricky to get right. They passed with flying colours. The cabinets are very presentable so I had to try a few things. Their breakfast panni was tasty with the bread soft and the filling flavourful. Got a custard square for my wife which is her favourite, big thumbs-up from the Mrs which is high praise indeed.

So lucky to have this gem as my local! The 24 hour sourdough is definitely a fave, awesome cakes ready to go - and the coffee is always a winner. Thanks to Deb and the team for such consistently great service.

Blomquists Bakery is on my way to work and I love stopping there to pick up a delicious coffee for my team and I. It always smells great going in there and the staff are always so friendly. I love how each coffee is served with a mini shortbread which just melts in your mouth. Perfect way to start the morning.

Friendly and helpful staff, pepper steak pie was delicious; lovely light pastry. Excellent hot chocolate.

Awesome bakery, We got an extremely well priced gluten free chocolate cake for our sons birthday and it was amazing! It was Rich and creamy and no one could tell it was GF! Great job we highly recommend this company!!

Lovely fresh baked goods and friendly team. Spacious enough to have a bite there or you can takeaway. Great specials and an extensive range of extras like flavoured oils, through to icings for do it yourself cakes.

Could not fault Blomquist Bakery and Tana. Phoned on a Friday afternoon at 3.35pm to arrange a surprise cake for a special occasion (I'm in Auckland in level 4 lockdown) everything was sorted by 4.30pm. A note was printed and presented beautifully on our behalf and they delivered to a restaurant. Thank you so so much!!

I just booked my wedding cake with Blomquists, and I am very impressed with their service and communication. They were happy to answer all my questions over the phone and flexible with what I was asking for. Reasonably priced as well. Looking forward to trying the cake :)

The 2 layer semi naked drip cake was devine. It was soft spongy, not too sweet yet decadent.
