Mainly Seafood - Te Anau - Photo album

Good choices of fish and seafood. Take away. We had fish and chips and fisherman’s basket and salat for 45$. Great service with smile. She made my day 🤩
I don’t know why this fish n chip shop only has 3.9 stars. We really enjoyed the fish n chips and the prices are very reasonable. The guys running the shop were super friendly and our food was served hot out of the fryer about 10 minutes after ordering. Giving 5 stars in an attempt to bring their ra
More a snack bar, but with good, low prized food. We had two kinds of prawns and the greenlips and espresso. All tasted good, only afterwards a little bit too much garlic, but that's only us.
One of the best fish and chips meals I've ever had. I would definitely have it again.
This is literally the best fish and chips I have ever had. Better than anything I had in the UK and better than anything I have had in the US. Fish is flavorful to the point where you could eat it without sauce. Perfectly cooked to crispy perfection. Every single chip was perfectly cooked. Crispy on
It was a great place to just get a quick bite. We got the double combo (2 fish and chips + drink for $24 NZ dollars). The ambiance is plain, and the service is very diner-ish. But if you want affordable and fast fish and chips, come to this place! Would recommend for anyone stopping by Te Anau.
Don't be mistaken by the looks of the shop. Very very good blue cod fish and chips. By far the best I've had in Australia and UK. For those worried about health and oil, fear not as they use healthy rice bran oil and your food doesnt reeked of oil at all.
Great fish n chips. Quick, tasty and affordable. Nice option to dine in on a rainy day and very relaxing spot. Really enjoyed our meal.
Good Food, great price! Even vegetarians have good choices: Veggie Burger, Corn Bites, Onion Rings, Kumara Chips, Pineapple Ring, Curry Roll... Blue Cod is very good though ;) Ketchup is for free, other sauce is 1$, thats fine cause its not that expensive.
they've got a great deal for $30 which is a platter for 2 including battered fish, calamari, prawn cutlet, crab stick, prawn twisters, chips & soft drink. everything is served in takeaway wrapping even if you're eating in. we ordered and went down to the pub for a drink while we were waiting.
Had their fish and chips for two yesterday, $25 all up, including two pieces of gurnard each, ample chips, tomato and tartare sauce. They claim they cook using "healthy rice bran oil". Well, whatever it was, the fish was fresh and the batter light, golden and crispy, while the chips were perfectly d
We have experienced the best hamburger ever, a blue cod fishburger. If you like fish we suggest you give it a try. Also, it must be one of the cleanest takeaway shops ever.
