Review Mcdonald's - Te Atatu

It's hot and delishes . Sitting outside in my car not realizing there was seating inside. The Barrister she's very freindly and thanks to her I'm having a nice hot tasty coffee. Hot fresh food . It feels like the staff are happy as there's a nice cruzy vibe. Nice

Chips are always so hot and crispy whenever I go. Always kind people and fast service. My favourite maccas. No complaints :)

Went for breakfast and the service, food and coffee was outstanding. The only downfall is that it can get quite noisy being a smaller restaurant if there are rowdy kids dining in too.

Good service drivethru is at back thru a small carpark area sometimes gridlock as there is people waiting to park at drive-thru so in turn u have to wait probs faster to walk in at the front

Awesome service and food. Probably the bes McDs we have had. Buns were fresh, patty wasn't cardboard and chips were hot.

Just a basic maccas but it is hard to get someone at the desks attention to take a order

Me and my partner were delighted to have Ross serve us at the drive through, probably the best customer service we’ve had here for a while! Also the girls (didn’t grab a name) who were at the window and gave us our order were lovely! Solid team tonight ☺️

The best Mcdonalds! Food is always fresh, hot and really tasty. service is very fast as well and i haven’t had any problems or issues with my orders. Everything is perfectly good!

Not being racist but I definitely prefer the little white girl with glasses who works there during the day. Very sweet and quick on her feet who makes a great coffee and always polite offering a smile to everyone. Definitely a 10/10 for this store would recommend.

This was the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. I find that the younger employees are way nicer and have better service. The food was soo fresh. 10/10 definitely going back.

I went through drive through, asked for a $30 share box please, and can I please have all the buns to be steamed.<br/>Girl: it’s too late sorry<br/>Me: why is that, I hadn’t even finished my order? <br/>Girl: well once you put your order for the burgers, they start making it straight away? <br/>Me: Okay, well I haven’t finished ordering yet?<br/>Girl: well it’s too late (rude from here on)<br/>Me: okay! So what if I change my mind, and want to change my order?<br/>Girl: So what did you want? <br/>Me: um I’ll have the $30 sharebox <br/>Girl: with what burgers<br/>Me: -<br/>Girl: the same??<br/>Me: yup but all steamed buns! <br/>Girl: Yea it’ll still be the same<br/>Me: But... never mind!<br/>So I payed for them and asked to talk to the manager. the manager did inform me that once the burgers are “put through”, they are make straight away!Okkkkkkay!!! <br/>I had gone back a couple days later, and ordered the same thing, but I got ALL OF THE BUNS STEAMED when I asked at the end of my order, just like I ordered the first time. Took over 20 mins sitting in the drive thru to get my cold chips and burgers. They did not even have the courtesy to tell me there would be a delay. When I expressed my disappointment they just shut the window and walked off. I suggest everyone save the hassle and go order better food at a cheaper price from any of the number of takeaways we have. I will not be going back.

Friendly staff, clean area and our food came out really quick! Our long order was done correctly, I definitely recommend this McDonald’s :)

horrible customer service. I ordered 2 large combos, and 2 large frozen limes. They gave me 3 drinks in total and I asked for the fourth one and they said "this is what you paid for" and handed me the receipt. It listed everything I ordered but I was charged one less drink. And the lady didn't want to hear out for what I was trying to explain. So we drove off so the people behind us could get their order. The large fries also were a disgrace, we hardly got any fries. Every time I go there, bad customer service.

very bad customer service skills order is always wrong. you order one thing and they give you something else. this is the third time it has happened to me don't think I will be going back there again.<br/>

The orange juice is way too watered down to the point there is no flavour at all, just orange in colour.<br/>The other week we ordered at the drive through - there was no one in front of us. From pulling up to the speaker to receiving our food, it literally took about half an hour. I’m not even exaggerating. We were at the front of the queue so I hav no idea what was going on. At least the wrap tasted good.

Ordered a kiwi burger and found the egg had crusty bits like it had been left in the warmer for a few days and then put into the burger -which hurt my teeth. The salad didn’t come with any dressing and to top it off, my flat white was cold. Won’t be back.

This smaller than usual macca place has hygiene issue, the table and floor are always dirty with food debris. Their drive thru is not much better and always got the order wrong. Their nuggest is great, however, the buns are constantly dry. To make it worse, they simply don't improve at all. Very disappointing.

McDonald's food.<br/>Service quick.<br/>Restaurant always clean.<br/>BUT why are the chips always cold & old? Have learnt after 3 visits to ask for fresh batch & too wait.<br/>*Wasn't too impressed on first visit that they stock piled burgers, only 2 customers in store and drive thru wasn't even open. Grrrrr!
