A very busy place. It's the best in town. So I am told! I would add its probably the most expensive one too. Great food though!

Loved the fish and chips, burgers, potatoes fritters, hot dogs and snapper fish. Food is definitely aligned with he high ratings.

The best chip shop in Waikato and taranaki, we stop here any time we go through the awamutu. I usually get their curly fries, which are properly crunchy, have good flavour and a reasonable serving size.

I always phone ahead for a quick pick up. Fish is moist inside and batter is nice and crispy. Garlic chips are delicious. The staff are polite and friendly. I love being served by the children of the family. Lorraine

If you are Gluten free, this is the place to go for fantastic fish, chips (potato or kumara) corn fritters, deep fried bananas etc. Highly recommend. A very popular business with great service.

Friendly staff of all ages, fish burger was more than just fish lettuce and onion! Great chip portions, apologetic about increasing prices. They even individually portioned chips for our school group of 10. Get in there.

Stopped by to grab something to snack on during a road trip. The curly fries were crunchy, had a good amount of salt, not too oily as were the chicken nuggets and potato fritters. Perfectly cooked and tasted great. 10/10

The fish and chips here are on point for sure! But what makes this place unique, is that the owner will go out of his way to make things right. Ok, shut happens and we got given the wrong order (some chips instead of fish) we could have easily drove back down to settle this but the owner instead dropped the fish off personally and it was insanely nice! I rate this place as one of the best take away stores for not only quality, but customer respect and service a hard 10/10. Thanks 🙏
