We thought Elephant Hill is just famous for its view and posts by instagram celebrities, but we were wrong.
The whole wine tasting experience was enjoyable. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

Lovely place! Made a booking in advance for 3pm but were running late, and they were more than accommodating. It was a slow day, so they let us sit anywhere, and what was going to be four pours ended up being about nine because they had extra opened product.

Beautiful setting. Wines are very good. Our tasting experience was excellent, even though staff were busy. Even bought The Sea Sauvignon Blanc, which is a rarity. We enjoyed tasting wines which are made to suit the location of the vineyards.
Such a great event Wine Dogs, let's see this monthly around other vineyards in Havelock North. Few more dog water stations, more food trucks and more generous pours o the wine would be great.
A short distance from Napier, it was well worth the drive to dine here. The pork belly, soft shell crab and sauces was busy but delightful. The dory and prawn was consumed with equal relish.

Best experience I’ve had at a winery! The wine and views were just impeccable. But the staff was also such a highlight! Alan and Seb really know about the wine they’re serving but are also just top notch people who gave us the best experience! Thanks to all at Elephant Hill for the best time!
