Review Boilerhouse Brewery - Thames

We went there but it was already closing time, but staff was willing to turn the fryer back on for us to dine in despite it was closed. Great place to enjoy nice cold tap beer 🍻 Don't expect large portion individual meals. Becuase they specialise in platter foods for beer or wine. Great place and friendly staff. Would come again!

Cool wee bar and brewery that has a very individual feel. The staff are friendly and really accommodating - we took our kids and they found fun stuff for our kids to do. The food is really tasty and the portion sizes are generous. All up great value and taste

Went for lunch on Saturday. Had a delicious and good-looking fish and chips and bought a bottle of incredible pale ale. I'm not very familiar with price ranges in NZ so far, but I think it was OK.

This place deserves to succeed but maybe needs to try harder. We called in for lunch on Tuesday and enjoyed a shared platter of seafood. Maybe they were recovering from a busy weekend, but several items on both the tap beer and food menus were "Sold Out" which spoilt the experience a bit.

Gorgeous food, generous servings, beautifully presented , and divine beer. Nice infomal unpretentious setting. I've been to so many places that cram you in like sardines, so glad you don't make this mistake.

This is definitely our go to place even though we drive for an hour to get there food is great and reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Well deserved 5 stars.

Great little boutique breeerh in Thames . I sampled 3 different brews with 3 Fat Pigs my fav. Had a shared seafood platter and it was very good. Reccommended

Tapas where perfect, light and tasty accompanied by great guitarist cruisy singer.. very entertaining.
