Amazing food, amazing service. The manager Alex is really chill and always says hello when I walk in, always has a smile on his face. The food is so delicious! The girls out the front Sarah and Ashleigh and always really bubbly, have always got a smile on and are always very quick to serve the customer. Can not fault zest at all. Love going there and will continue going there.

Amazing service and staff who were able to work with us after our reservation was not recorded by their booking system. Amazing meals and great portion sizes, especially for the price point. Great range of oven-baked pizzas on offer, including old classics and interesting combinations - highly recommend the apricot chicken. We went for dinner but it looked like you could stop in at lunchtime and get a coffee and light meal, the pastries and cakes on display looked delicious.

Pizza and cheesecake very niceee, will come again and try another dishes next time

Had a lovely meal. Food cooked to our tastes,fresh and delicious thankyou. Wonderful services letting us know that the kitchen was catching up we didn't mind waiting at all. Daughter loved her tea and coloring in her picture to give to the staff. Thankyou we will definitely be back with out friends.

Superb atmosphere, service, and food as always. Particularly enjoyed the Burger of the Day for lunch today. Delicious pulled pork! Full of flavour! Thanks Zest Team!

Great place to eat! One of our favourite spots to eat whenever we visit Timaru. Usual great service and fantastic food. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Easily the best restaurant in Timura. And it’s not difficult to see why. Their pizzas are tasty. Recommend the lamb shank sandwich too! The restaurant is right at the back of a church with ample parking spaces around it.

Such a great little pizza place - if you pass through this town, stop here! They have good WiFi as well. Free bottle of water is a nice touch. We ordered the APRICOT CHICKEN PIZZA and it was SUPERB! If you have a craving for pizza then you definitely should try this. It is such an interesting design concept - they are part of a church. It was a bit hard to find via google because Elizabeth street from the main road didn’t seem to connect. But we looped around. Photos from March 2018.

Highly recommended, yummy food great atmosphere. We took our desert to go and it was still super nice and well presented

A pleasant surprise. The coffee was ordinary, but the food was excellent. The ribeye with mushroom sauce was nicely done, and the snack sized seafood mornay pizza was a hood size, and a reminder that proper pizzas are still available. Friendly staff, clean and sensible parking nearby. I've already recommended to others.

Had the takeaways option, and the food was okay. Check that everything you ordered was present. Zest, please don't add napkins in with the cheese dishes, I spent a considerable amount of time separating paper from the food.

Freezing cold late afternoon and we got to sit in front of the wood burner to defrost. Lovely coffee and cake selection. Great selection of vegetarian meals too. Local artists are featured on the walls and works are for sale. Something for everyone and all ages. Will definitely add this spot to my reliable places to stop in at in Timaru.

We always call in whenever we're traveling from Christchurch down to Dunedin. They do the best gluten free pizza ever and the staff are always great!

We have been coming to zest for over seven years now and its still my go to place. Always a great meal and great staff xxxx

A fantastic evening had at Zest celebrating my Mum's 80th birthday. Both the food, waitress and the attention to detail when taking orders off gluten free patrons was amazing. Our waitress was so attentive to every detail making everyone feel at ease and special in a lovely environment. 😊 thank you.

Probably the most delicious pizza and pasta that i ever tasted. If you ever have to wait a long time. it is worth the wait.

Great service and best pizza I've ever had.. (apart from pizza in italy)... so pretty damn good.

Great food and great service! We came in for lunch today with two little ones and your staff were awesome and friendly. We even got a capsule stand so our 10 week old could be table height. Thank you!

We came to Zest for Dinner this evening and had two young kids with us. It wasn't only the food that was excellent but the young fella that looked after us was fantastic also. He looked after everyone very well and appeared very genuine(which is hard to find in Timaru) when he spoke to us. He also interacted with my two young kids very well, when most waiters/waitresses would ignore them, so thank you to him(sorry didn't catch his name). The food was really well cooked and nice and hot, everyone enjoyed their meals. Thanks for the experience and we will be back. Cheers Tim

2.30pm and after going to an other Restaurant only to be told they had sent their Chef home???????? we found Zest. Attentive and friendly staff and from memory the food was great. Certainly will return when in Timaru again.

We stopped in at Zest as we passed through Timaru on our way to our holiday destination. Amazing service from the moment we walked through the door. Water with pictures on it for the kids and colouring for the kids. The kids food was just what they wanted. Zest catered well to the Coeliac member of our family with a good gluten free range. Delicious food and fabulous service. Thank you Zest, keep up the great work.

The food was satisfactory but what I found really annoying was the waitress continually trying to clear our table while we were still enjoying our meal over good conversation.
