Really nice food and amazing, friendly saff

Just about the freshest sushi I've ever had in New Zealand. Customer service was spot on, store aesthetic was top notch, and the price of the food considering its amazing quality is an absolute bargain. They were also playing my favourite Studio Ghibli movie on the television when I went in, which is awesome! Definitely the best restaurant I've ever been to in Timaru.

Very nice meal for 2 adults and 4 kids , tasty food , bit of waiting but not excessive considering they were busy with many takeaway orders, we all enjoyed, would come back next time in Timaru.

I bought $36 worth of sushi including delivery. The sushi was wonderful, the online service was fantastic, the delivery was quick also. I will definitely be eating here for my sushi fix again. I missed having quality sushi since moving from North Island, so it was exciting to find a sushi bar with addictive food. Koji is 10/10

I love their food def the combo sushi i ventured n tried a bento box was amazing sadly 2nd 1 I got was very salty but was still nice amzing vibe within the business to sit and eat lovely customer service my only dislike would b lack of take away menus or menu on their site on Google makes it hard to try new things I hve continuesly gone here for sushi for me n my children I havnt found another sushi place yet with such a selection in the seaweed rolls so we def love that n its all made fresh my kids love their miso soup highly recommended n if they could arrange menus to take home would b bloody amazing ❤

Amazing food the bento boxes are my favourite! Sad it is closing down. Timaru need more variety of places to eat. Another good place yet to close.

A great traditional Japanese. The bento box and donburi were tasty and fresh. Portions were king size and the staff is incredibly friendly. A somewhat hidden spot on the highway, but it's worth it.

Nice food at reasonable price. Could do with a freshen up for dine in customers. Popular for take-away orders.

Great food and great staff. They do amazingly well for the small number of staff. Have had to wait awhile but always worth it. Anyone complaining about a little wait has never worked in hospitality.

The sushi rice should be more sticky to taste more Japanese. Btw, the mixed tempura udon was marvelous and truly delicious. The overall setup do appear to be simple but decently Japanese.

Very good sushi. You have to buy the sushi as a set of 5 or 8 (of the same recipe). But that's because they prepare the sushi while you wait. The sushi's (consequently) always fresh and juicy.
