The food was amazing. Full of flavour.
We ordered a mixed platter for two, butter chicken, and paneer palak which is a creamy spinach dish served with 2 garlic means.
Definitely recommend. First time eating here too.
The food was good and it was served quickly. Service was good, young staff were friendly and were able to answer questions about the menu. Restaurant was very quiet, there were only a few other tables there. I've been there multiple times, each time had a different experience but all were positive and enjoyable, safe to say I will be returning.
This place needs more love. Great food, nice place to spend time out with the family. Please visit so it stays open forever so I can keep visiting myself.

Wed lunchtime: 8 members of Glenfield Probus Club had a great experience in Chand, Torbay. Excellent food - beautifully cooked & presented, good service & very good portions too. Excellent value for money - just a pity more people don't seem to know about it as it was very quiet.
Thank you for being so accommodating to my pregnancy requests. Very kind of you to do fresh chicken. I haven't had butter chicken since becoming pregnant and my taste buds danced with joy. Thanks again 😊 👍
Wonderful Indian cuisine. The interior design is awesome, the food is delicious and the service is great. Highly recommended the spinach and cheese naan.
Chands has always been our family and friends go-to dinner out option. We've lived in Torbay for over 30 years and are loyal customers. The service is always great and the food has been consistently great for years. Love what they have done with the place and love that they have stayed in Torbay. Not expensive and quality Indian dishes. Big menu with plenty to choose from.
It was a great night in the restaurant, food was delicious, tasty. Restaurant’s atmosphere was really nice, please increase chef’s pay. Wait staff require more training.

My partner took me out for a meal, and it was delicious, best indian food around in Torbay, we loved it. Cosy, atmosphere, great food and awesome prices, we will definitely come again.

Fantastic service and responsive staff. I am extremely immune compromised after a transplant and the staff and Chefs went out of their way to guide me with safe food choices. Food is always great here but with my new circumstances I appreciated they took me seriously.
