Review Monsoon Splash Of Spice - Turangi

Lovely service and the food was prepared in 15 mins. Medium Chicken tikia masala was spicy enough and the lamb korma equally tasty. A great Turangi takeaway option.

Great food but website is out of date, prices are higher than advertised

Tasty vegetarian korma as well as a flavoursome chicken do pyza. We went early so was only a 15 minute wait. Friendly staff and tidy clean restaurant.

We had to wait a while for our meal. If anyone is wanting to take away, give them a call first hand. Besides all that, the food was amazing, I've tried traditional indian food, but this was by far the best. Staff were amazing.

Fantastic gem in Turangi, never expected this quality and flavour in an establishment like this. Lamb saag was delicious and the meat was tender and of excellent quality. Samosas were great too. Good option if stopping over and looking for good food.

Stopped for a take out lunch. Was amazed at how delicious the food here is! Certainly the best Indian food in a long while. It pays to ask what the staff love to eat as we tried something new and we're so impressed with the flavour and quantity of food!

Awesome fast family meal! We phone ordered & picked up 6 curries (3 butter, mango, nawabi & do pyza chickens) they all were so yummy with plenty of rice. A few garlic & cheese naans which were MASSIVE, biggest and probably best ones I've ever had. Couple mango lassis were super tasty too!

Tasty Indian cuisine. Prompt and efficient service. The samosas were spicy and delicious as were the panorama and onion bhajis. We did not order any of the mains as the entrees were very filling.

Stumbled across this wonderful place... Amazing butter chicken. Great rice, delicious garlic naan. Friendly staff, quick food, reasonably priced. Best place in Taurangi. The only downside is the seating.... More of a takeaway, but basic cafe seating inside.

We were on a trip and super hungry, so we decided to just stop by and eat there. Even though this is just a takeaway restaurant, the personnel was very friendly and offered some plastic cutlery, so that we were able to eat there. We had some nice vegetarian/vegan dishes and starters.

Was grateful to have your restaurant open when other places were closed. Chef did a great job with the meal and the young boy on the front desk was helpful in recommending new dishes. Would come again :)

You wouldn’t think much of this place just walking by. But trust us - it’s worth a try. Lovely service, energy’s portion, and more importantly flavourful food. We tried veg samosas and a lamb saag - both delicious and we would eat here again. Thank you guys for a nice meal on a rainy day!

We always phone ahead to order, so the food is always ready at the pick up time. Very tasty and generous servings, so we nearly always have left overs for lunch the next day. Well recommend.
