Review Cadillac Cafe - Turangi

We've been here a few times now, and the customer service is always outstanding and very friendly. The food is fantastic too, and very affordable. Would absolutely recommend eating here for people staying in Turangi, or just travelling through.

So so great! The woman taking our order was very nice and welcoming. The food was amazing, I got the Kiwi Breakfast and the chai latte, also great and so yummy. The food came very quickly and it was inexpensive as well.

What a delicious meal. I had and thoroughly enjoyed, the breakfast salad with bacon - so good!!! Kids had Wedges with cheese and and bacon, and Toast of the Day - they said theirs was utterly scrumptious too. Yummy tea and very friendly service.

Very friendly owners, we had a great breakfast, delicious coffee. Reasonable priced and good quality food.

I am glad this seems to be universe away from 3-5 years ago of the reviews. Food was amazing. Especially after an abysmal pizza from somewhere at a higher altitude, this seems gourmet by comparison, quality and price.

This was a gem place to find. Apologise some of my photos are little older but honestly 10/10 every time we've stopped in here at this gorgeous cafe. I was instantly obsessed when I saw the beautiful big pink Cadillac and from then on it was a must every time we are visiting or passing through Turangi. I'm in love with their fluffy pancakes with that gorgeous blueberry compote and there delicious smoothies. Hot fries freshly done. Just mouth watering. The decor is an aesthetic of its own it gives that vintage vibe so well I just love it that perfect pink counter. I just wanted to live here 🥰. Great customer service as always. Definitely a must stop place to add to your list. You won't be disappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed each of our visits here. First was end of day, the last a breakfast at midday. Always pleasant staff, nothing ever any bother, prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. Team for two have always been perfect. Beautifully soft omelette, and soft pancakes with a variety of fruit. Parking is close nearby Shall return.

Loved this place, never had been there before as I tend to stay on main road. The staff were fantastic, the boss lady was very friendly and accommodating, the food options were unlimited and the portion size was generous, my go to when travelling through Turangi for sure.

Great little place with a great selection of cabinet food and menu items. Fantastic burgers. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely too to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Great range for breakfast and lunch. Kiwi breakfast was great. Tried the chicken pasta, the burgers, and the steak too, all was yummy. Prices are good too 👍

Great atmosphere and very true to the concept. All tables had a vintage game (snakes and ladders, barrel of monkeys, dominoes and snap) as well as larger games outside. Music was true to the theme as well. Food was delicious and hearty. Steak in the Big Caddy burger was a perfect medium. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality and taste. Highly recommend

This was a fun place to have a great meal. There's a Cadillac Cafe in Saskatoon SK too. Maybe there are others, but the one in this part of New Zealand was awesome. We played Snakes & Ladders while our food was prepared and enjoyed the Retro burger joint atmosphere.

Just had eggs bene and coffee. Good value, perfect eggs, lots of bacon on muffins, with hash browns, spinach and seared tomatoes. Coffee good, miles of parking. Recommend as excellent lunch stop in Turangi, while charging car.

Absolutely delicious food, definitely made with love!! Thank you guys for catering to the 15 of us at short notice. Hope the kids weren't too annoying lol. Will definitely be back 👍👍

Great find!! Was passing through Tūrangi and randomly stopped here. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and the breakfast salad was fresh and tasty. Best coffee since I landed in the North Island a week ago.
