Very tasty large meals which are value for money and fairly priced. The entree platter for two is only $18 and almost a full meal on its own. A good selection of vegetarian options and alcohol drinks. The service is always excellent as is the location with plenty of free car parks 😀
Good food and generous portions. Will definitely return. The decor is a little bit dated and the front counter could use a glow-up, but the restaurant was clean and immaculate.

The decor is bad. It's old and in places looks like it's from a Vietnamese restaurant not an Indian restaurant. And it's worn. But on the positive side it's clean, really clean, and it even smelled clean.

Have been here a couple of times and have been very impressed. They opened early to accommodate us and gave our little girls a free drink. The curries are excellent, lots of nuance and not just your usual run of the mill selection.
This has been our favourite Indian restaurant in Upper Hutt for over 5 years. We eat here on a weekly basis and enjoy the food as well as the warm, welcoming, smiling faces.

Great prices, great food selection and one of the few places to have real food on the kids menu instead of the usual deep fried stuff.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered the non-vegetarian banquet, which was a bit 50/50. The butter chicken was the best, but the rogan josh wasn't flash.
They have a huge menu, will probably stick to vegetarian dishes next time.
