Everyone who works there goes above and beyond. They have been lovely since I moved to Upper Moutere. This year they catered my wedding on a public holiday without hesitation, and delivered food when I was too sick to drive. 100% would recommend for the food and staff!
Yes, definitely go here. And what a fantastic place to celebrate a special occasion too. We had the most wonderful evening at Moutere Inn last Friday to celebrate a family member's 80th Birthday. The Moutere Inn Team produced the most amazing meals, the hospitality and service went "above and beyon
After a hot day exploring we headed to the inn. We arent really locals though we used to live in Motueka. We enjoyed a great beer outside in the warm winter sun with many others. Families, bikies and locals. Best beer battered chips I've ever had. A very memorable and enjoyable stop. Great selectio

Wonderful historic inn and pub in wine country. Delicious beers on cask and tap, and yummy food. Great views and patio. Seems popular with locals as well as tourists. Represented as the oldest pub in New Zealand and worth swinging by!

Great place for lunch in a genuine old hotel/pub. Nice atmosphere and lovely drive from Nelson to get there.
Great view and location. Food was average to good. Pigs head was disappointing. Great selection of craft beers.
