Great local produce arts and gifts, this is the home of Moutere Gold Jams preserves and chutneys. Full of local characters always happy to chat about local artisans, this is a must do of the region, if only to grab a coffee your bottle of milk, cheese chutney and a pack of sliced salami.

A treasurered piece of local history preserved. Call in grab a coffee and a sweet treat, buy local products, and check out the art for sale. By the way, they stock the best local sourdough and jams. A nice place to stop by and slow down. Recommended? Yes so much yes.

What a wonderful place.... The ricotta slice was divine and the coffee perfect... The selection of Artisan products make you realize how good life can be. It is emphasized that this is not a cafe but you are allowed to enjoy the peaceful backyard and listen to the Tuis in the trees. Do yourself a favor and stop here if you are traveling through Moutere.

Lovely store with lots of very interesting and beautiful things, delicious food, coffee and the best Chia tea in the area. Their muffins with white chocolate and berries are out of this world. Very friendly service and just the place to stop, look around and enjoy it all.

Amazing vibe when you step inside. The coffee aroma adds to it. Fantastic range of produce including jams, chutneys etc. Then the great range of craft on show as well as a delightful greenery room. Saturdays the local farmers market provides more temptations. Lovely people too. Your no 1 don't miss stop in Upper Moutere.

The Old Post Office is a lovely place to enjoy a coffee. There is so much variety of art and produce in a small space. The garden is a peaceful place to sit with your coffee or on a Saturday enjoy a very local, authentic farmers market.

The Old Post Office makes very good marmalades, spiced chutneys and mustards as gifts or for hosting friends and family. Always try to visit while in Nelson Moutere area.

This is must visit destination. The Old Post Office is the home of Moutere Gold delicious jams and chutneys. The Passionfruit Lemon Curd is a must buy amongst other delicious offerings. It is also the cellar door for Harakeke Farm Wines. This is a young vineyard doing all the 'right stuff' according to John Hawkesby and other reviewers. There is a great variety of other arts and crafts.
