Brick Mill Cafe - Waikuku Beach - Photo album

We had a fantastic brunch at the Brick Mill Cafe today. Delicious food - we ordered from both the menu and the cabinet - and the coffee, spiced chai, and hot chocolates for the kids were on point. Lovely atmosphere, outstanding service (despite being short-staffed), and overall a wonderful dining ex
Almost every week I try to visit a new cafe and sometimes they're ok.... and sometimes they are AMAZING!! The Brick Mill cafe is super rustic and cute inside, with outdoor spots too. All the cabinet food looked incredible and there was keto items as well. I usually get disappointed with keto cafe sw
We visited Brick mill on Saturday at it was amazing. The fluffie for the kids come with their own chocolate bar and shaker. The kids platter was a delicious assortment which kept miss 4 very happy. Warm and cosy with the fire going, blankets behind chairs and a welcoming ambience to the Cafe. I've w
Super friendly staff with warm welcome. Good atmosphere. The fish and chips and the carrot cake are very nice. A great spot to pop in!!
Friendly. Quick, decent coffees. Awesome kids platters, good GF options. Meals were pretty good. Perfectly poached eggs, mediocre bacon, excellent mushrooms. Amazing outdoor seating, really lush. I'd come again. Slightly pricy, slightly smaller meals. Good though.
Yummmy food. Nice staff. Nice place. I enjoyed my food. I definitely reccomend this cafe. You should stop here for a coffee when you are passing this place. There is an art shop near the cafe if you wanna buy some souvenir.
Nice, cosy venue with a couple of interesting stores near by for a stroll after your lunch. Comfy sofas by the front door near a large and cosy looking fire, plus a box of toys, colouring-in, and a couple of high chairs for kids, not to mention a great outdoor area at the back. I've had the salmon e
Great atmosphere;cheerful, helpful staff. Great menu with plenty of gluten free options. I had gf pancakes with banana, bacon and maple syrup: generous serving, light textured pancakes. Delicious.
Drove out from Christchurch for brunch here as a Summer holiday treat. Very delicious brunch meals and amazing service. Photo of the French toast dish below
Dropped in on road trip north.Chose the breakfast menu of bacon n eggs.Very filling and cooked nicely.Very clean and well set up cafe. The locals are lucky as they have a fine place to eat
Lovely lunch meals, staff great. Definitely worth a visit.
Staff were full on, tables busy but we were warmly greeted, advised of food wait times and ushered to a table. My bacon brunch snack with a poached egg was perfect size for me, the husband went for the large sausage roll as well as the ginger slice and a cuppa and was really pleased to get a tasty r
This cafe is a great place to stop by if you ever need to go past that area. With great food and views, I would recommend this place, although there was a member of staff that we had a minor dispute with because of an error on that side.
The food, mocha, and staff were exceptional. The place is busy for good reason. The only negative is that while eating alone 3 different staff members asked me if the food was ok. Because I'm eating alone sudden conversation when I have food in my mouth is unwelcome and very unnecessary; I'd tell y
Wonderful Cafe, dog friendly with complimentary treats and water bowls. Service was kind and professional, even though they were short staffed, cared about moving umbrellas to keep the sun off their customers. Food was delicious and in a timely manner. Great work team! We will be back.
Had corn fritters that were the best. Light, crispy and delicious. Partner had steak sandwich which was perfect. Carrot cake was fresh & spicy. Iced chocolate was well presented and superb. Friendly, caring staff who were very busy Sunday lunchtime. Lovely warm atmosphere. Will back again for sure
Awesome friendly service. Great coffee and food. Their chocolate Brownies are delicious. Plenty of indoor seating and parking right outside.
Great place, good kiwi food. Service friendly and prompt. Clean tables. Toilet is a bit higglidy pigglidy, with door blowing open off its slider in the wind. Interesting, large art and craft shop next to the Cafe. I would definitely go there again.
This was exceptional service. Very friendly and polite. The key here I think is they actually take pride in their work. Might have been Dad and two kids on duty. So impressed!! The food was FRESH!! Sausage Roll actually had sausage meat in it. Relish and Salad dressing are really tasty. Chips were r
