Just wow! If you have been travelling around making meals out of cheap whatever for a while or just wanting some good comfort food, their fish and chips are fantastic! The battered fish was so light and chrunchy. The chips we're to die for! You get a great deal for the price they list. Anybody should definitely try them out!
Well worth the wait on a busy Easter Saturday as I was traveling home. The batter is so light and crispy. I'd almost make a special trip to waimate for fish and chips!!
Great chips that come from Makikihi fries. They work very hard there, the day we went it was packed out. Our food was made with a smile despite the volume of people.
Always good freshly cooked food here. Great fish and vege burgers are huge too, we often share. Good value for money.
So while I waited for my pizza I enjoyed a G&T in a great environment, got my pizza shortly after and its the best I have ever had. Didnt even share the crust with the dogs :-)
