Located at the 3rd level of Smith & Caugheys store. Been here a few times and still coming back. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Good selection of teas and sweets/desserts. They also serve sandwiches/quiches or made to order food on the menu. Very nice ambiance and clean tidy surroundings. The desserts are ever so yummy! 🍰🍩
First time at Bite Cafe as it was recommended to me by a friend. It's located on the third floor of the Smith and Caugheys building. The cafe has a great atmosphere and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The music which plays throughout the cafe varies from old school to new hits and it just sounds great having to hear hits like ABBA. There are a lot of nice food available at their cabinet. The coffee was great and so was the sticky date cupcake. I ordered a breakfast meal with poached eggs and bacon and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly. Only suggestion for the cafe is to install a POS system so that it doesnt take long to get an order through. Overall, definitely come back to this place.
My first time at Bite Cafe. I went for afternoon tea at about 3.30pm and to my surprise there still were an abundance of cabinet food to chose from. From cake slices to sandwiches, pies, pastries and salads. I opted for a cauliflower and vegetable fritter with a cup of hot chocolate. The staff were lovely and accomodating as I have quite a few allergies, they kindly brang out the chef to specified what the fritter was made of.
I had a supremely made up hot chocolate with reduced sugar as I prefer it. It wad served with a classy chocolate fish instead of marshmallow.
A classy venue and good to chill out and relax.
This was not the first time I visited Bite Cafe. I initially wanted to have a slice of red velvet cake for myself but as the queue line was long and I only had few minutes, decided to forget it. Next time I came back, it was already sold out.
I had to choose from such variety of slices and sandwiches, I settled on a custard slice with yoghurt on the side.
The cafe's interiors are modern, with clean lines and chic furniture. There were two types of furniture used.This makes for a wonderful ambience when having lunch, brunch or tea by yourself or with family and friends. I have to admit, the price is a bit high, but it's worth going there anyway for a change.
I'm definitely coming back to sample their other delights.
Very classy cafe- as you'd expect being in Smith & Caughey's! Perfect flat white (Allpress) and lovely quiche
I went here for the first time today, had no idea it existed until colleagues took me there. It was delicious and it was an all round nice experience.
The food was very expensive, but I really enjoyed my time there.
Excellent service fast clean nice environment i ordered a beautiful flat white best ive ever had and the young gentle man that served me was handsome and very polite i highly recommend this cafe to any one who likes a good coffee and the meals didnt look to bad either :)
