Review Muffin Break West City - Waitakere City

Just can't beat the freshest and tastiest cheesecake I've eaten anywhere. The slightly tart raspberry topping balanced perfectly with the creaminess of the cheesecake, washed down with a delightful flat white. What a treat. This has to be one of the best Muffin Breaks around. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. This should be the Gold Standard other cafes aspire to.

Love the muffins so much, the one in the picture was so fresh and warm 😍. Sorry it's not the full muffin in the picture it was too hard not to just take a bite!

Nice coffee. Fast service. Food looks yummy. It is always busy during weekends and school holidays. Staff is friendly. Recommend to try their ice mocha. Chocolate chip muffin was okay, a bit sweet.

I love this muffin break:)) everyone there are so nice and friendly. I only have a photo of this cheese and onion toastie, but I’ve had their muffins countless times and they never fail to be delicious!

Fantastic place to go, the food is always fresh and tastes great with helpful staff that are happy to customize your order to suit you. Located opposite Countdown in West City it is a handy and convenient place to have a break or meet up with friend's.

Staff are friendly and service is fast. The place is always busy due to its location but the staff still find time to have a little chat with the customers.

My favourite Muffin Break by far. Staff are always really friendly and happy to chat with you. Hot Chocolates are delicious every time and the muffins are a great pick me up. Would highly recommend giving them a go.

Enjoyable blueberry muffin and toasted 🧀 cheese and onion sandwich with hot chocolate. This muffin break located opposite countdown shopping center. It is a popular place and can become a busy area. I have always found an available table. Free Wi-Fi is very convenient

The team at muffin break Westcity are so lovely, literally still go to westcity just to say hi!.. Best hot chocolates and the coffee is good! Busy atmosphere with it being at the entrance of the mall but I love that about it and it still feels very relaxed when you're there.

The staff are just so helpful and the hospitality there is wonderful. Great food selection which is delicious. Ideal for families or for just popping in for a quick coffee by yourself..

Their cakes are tasty, coffee is nice too. But only the staff are not hygiene enough. I asked for a knife and fork, he gave me with holding the knife and fork front side instead of the back holding side..... but I saw he didn’t wash his hands after finishing cashier............

On the 6th of October at around 5:30pm I brought a banoffee pie from your stand at Westcity Henderson. Now the banoffee pie was great! Big portion and generous amount of whipped cream. The only problem I have was the guy who served me. Didn’t look at me at all, no smile and went about his things like he didn’t really want to be there. While he was serving me he was looking at people passing by, this really annoyed me. Please teach your employees about proper customer service.

Muffin Break Hendo is one of the best muffin breaks I've visited. I like eating here and visit at least once a fortnight. <br/>Professional staff work efficiently together in the small space behind the counter.<br/>Muffins are generally good quality.<br/>Reliably hot, and tasty hot chocolate, consistently well made drinks. <br/>Deducted half a point because when busy they don't always wipe crumbs off tables.<br/>Muffin Lab creations have been interesting, have tried all but 2.

Quick stop for a morning coffee & hot chocolate .Very busy however the staff were very friendly and acknowledged us while we were waiting to be served!
