Great service but the food was just ok. The burger are a reasonable sized but really lacked any flavour at all. I had the mofo and the most flavorful thing was the mushrooms. My partner had the blue cheese and said it was ok.

Great Burger Place. Brought kids and had their staff help with the menu recommendations. As it’s winter, managed to get seated indoors. (indoor dining space is limited) Blue beef burger 🍔 was my favourite 🤩. Had crafted beers 🍺, never too early or late to drink. 😝

Been here twice for burgers during our Wanaka visit. Delicious fresh burger and cajun fries. Friendly service and good ambient if you managed to find seats dining in. Gets busy during dinner time

My husband and I visited Red star burgers around 19 years ago while long distance dating (Nelson to Dunedin) and we loved it then. When we saw it was still going strong all these years later, we had to go back and fed the whole family this time. Very yummy, heaps of choice! Thanks for the memories Red Star Burgers!!!

Great burger with excellent sides and dips. I had the cheese burger and my wife had the vege burger. We were both really pleased with our choices. The photo is of the cajun fries I couldn't finish, I was too hungry to take a before shot!

This place is awesome. Super personable staff, tasty burgers, large portions and convenient location. You should eat a burger from here! I had some fries with special seasoning that were nice and a big burger with an egg on it that was massive. I split it with a friend who had something different but equally delicious.

We ordered Blue burger and it was really delicious with such a succulent patty and that cheese... oh my god! We went to Fergburger next day and I can totally say that this place is no worse (though the burgers are very different, they are both totally worth trying!). The vibe is nice as well and the staff is friendly.

Full of flavour, tatses of good quality ingredients and they are a good size. You won't be left hungry afterwards.
