Food - delicious, fresh, perfect temp. Love the gluten free options.
Service - Tim is super friendly, professional and has a great sense of humour. Customer service was on point! The bathroom was ridiculously clean, as well as the restaurant. Love the decor and lighting.
Location - parking right outside the front door, situated between other eateries, don’t forget to pay for parking (PCC machine directly outside)
Recommend - Yes! Definitely be back!

Tim and his lovely team catered to me and my boys (basketball team of 10) for dinner at the end of our tournament. He was so accommodating straight off the bat before I even ordered, the food was delicious and his service was 10/10! So happy we chose our final team dinner at Burgerfuel Porirua :)

Always good chicken and beef burgers and a decent size too, but getting up there in price. Love the kumara fries with aoili. Service inside store is ok and as you'd expect from a takeaway store. Could be friendlier. Their website to order online is very good and easy to use. My food was ready for pickup at the expected time, which was great.

Great ambience! We ordered Bio Fuel and Bacon BBQ with kumara fries and chicken tenders. They all tasted amazing, as what we tried in other stores in NZ. The service was not too quick tho, given there were other customers waiting (but somehow those had takeways were served first?) and we ordered a lot haha. Love their aioli and will visit again next time!

Poor customer service by the counter staff made this an experience we'd rather forget! We rung the manager on site to let him know about the lack of service on the front counter but he wasn't too bothered as he had already pocketed our money into the till, and he just brushed it and us off. Food average, over priced for what you get and really it's a burger you could easily make it home.👎

Group of 5 of us headed there on a Friday night. Store was busy but we didn't have to wait long for our order. My hubby and I split the C N Cheese abd the Bacon Backfire and the staff were kind enough to cut them in half for us. Kumara fries were delicious.

Decided to give the Steak of the Nation Burger a go and unfortunately did not quite enjoy it as much as I thought I would. <br/>The basics of the burger were good but even with the use use of the doofer the burger kept falling apart.<br/>I am not a big fan of mushrooms on a burger and I think that's where this burger started to let me down. The biggest issue though was the amount of bearnaise sauce they had on the burger. There was quite possibly more sauce than burger.<br/>Although the sauce tasted good there was just way to much of it causing the bun to become soggy and fall apart. Instead of having a burger I was left with a soggy, heaping mess to pick through and eat.<br/>Staff were really friendly though and although quite late when I ordered (10pm ish) they did not make a fuss and happily went about making my order. <br/>Unfortunately though due to the soggy mess I had to deal with it would probably not return to burger fuel and would rather grab a burger from Burger Wisconsin or a local fish and chip store next time.<br/><br/>Food - 3/10<br/>Staff - 8/10<br/>Cleanliness of premisis - 6/10<br/><br/>Would I return - Probably not

Burger Fuel is very expensive for the quantity of food. The quality of the Chicken Burgers, Fries and Milkshakes are very good. The Porirua store can get very cold on a winter's evening. I'll recommend going instead of McD's if you have some extra $$$.

Came here for a quick dinner with my friends, great selection of food & quick service. I ordered the chicken fenders with the relish yogurt, they tasted amazing. Although it was difficult to eat them with the little tooth pick like fork. Other than that, i'll <br/> dine here again.
