Review 1841 Bar Restaurant - Wellington

Aaron Bublitz
Great starters and meal! If you are a fan of spice i highly recommend the wings! They will definitely leave you "warm" or dial back on the spice and try the cajun calamari! That paired with their house chipotle sauce will leave your mouth watering for more. Moving on to my main (i had "The Ironside 400g sirloin steak meal with extra garlic butter) the steak was only very slightly over cooked for what was asked for, but please do not let that statement detract from the amazing meal that it was! The atmosphere was VERY loud, however, it is after all a Bar Restaurant so that is to be expected. I do highly recommend if staying near Johnsonville to make a booking and head on down!

Friendly staff. Good food and fast service. We had pork ribs and the serving is huge, good bang for your buck.

Good place with great selection of food and decent prices. Thursday night special are worth it. Any main foe $25. Decent atmosphere. Only thing I have to say is make sure you pick your own beer and don't rely on staff recommendations as the ones they recommend taste like toilet water.

Tuesday night and the place was heaving. Mind you, a good steak meal and a drink for $29 and you can't go wrong. Despite being out in the courtyard on a cold night, it was pleasantly comfortable and wait staff were friendly.

This would be our 3rd visit together as a 3-some as it's usually 4 of us. Lil sis, mum and I enjoyed our lovely starters of twister prawns followed by our lovely main meal of steak, chicken, and burger meal with lovely salad and hot chips. The service also so good as usual, considering the many diners in at the time... See you next time and thanks again for always such a great meal and likewise service. PS Wow I had to take a pic of the cool art work in the ladies. No, I never had any alcohol(not that day!)! 😁😊😁 🍴👏👏👏

Really busy but even so we had great service. Food was yummy and they had live music which set a nice scene.

Our party of four enjoyed our visit to 1841. Friendly service. Good food. Adequate portions. Lots of sport options on TVs dotted around the place. It was bigger than I expected. Easy parking.

Absolutely loving their steak ! Good value for money despite some small increments.

200g Ironside steak was delicious as ever. I usually get this, and I'm never disappointed! Steak was done nicely and really tasty! Chips are fresh and crispy. The garlic butter is a nice touch whether you leave it on your steak or leave it to melt over the chips:) and I never have any complaints about the rest of the dish. You will definitely be full after this meal. The protion sizes are generous at 1841. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating. She mentioned that she was about 3 weeks new to the job, but we all thought she did a great job!

Whilst most restaurants continue to take bookings to ensure they do not exceed the cap of 100 during level 2 ,1841 is not taking bookings at all and suggests ringing on the night to “ see how busy they are”. Or perhaps we should turn up and hope they have space. This is too vague and unorganised when trying to plan a meal out.

The $29 Bill Cutting Breast dish had a juicy piece of chicken breast 🐓 . It was perfectly cooked and was easy to cut + eat. Mashed potatoes 🥔 was creamy and the flavour complimented well with the wine/herb sauce. Coleslaw itself was standard, could’ve done with some seasoning 🧂in my opinion.

The other dishes such as the mixed platter and veggie nachos had if portions, but flavours were typical of pub/bar food otherwise. Garlic bread 🥖 was not too bad, I did like the taste of the butter 🧈 and pesto sauce.

I especially appreciated the ambiance that I experienced in my visit. The interior delivers a vintage, but kiwi style hospitality that is welcoming to both adults and children. It goes well with the friendly waitresses on the upstairs floor. Despite being a busy Saturday night, they made sure that our food and drinks arrived in a timely manner 🙃

The "chips" with the fish and chips were re-heated wedges and as hard as nails, while the fish seemed to be mainly batter. The local takeaway is better for food quality, and cheaper. Not somewhere I'd visit again.

We so looked forward to this night out as my husband and I where celebrating our 26yr wedding anniversary, only to be totally disappointed. It started really well, staff where very friendly. We ordered starters which where ok, then ordered our mains... that's when it all turned sour.

Pork belly, it look as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp for so long that the reduction was reduced, no crackle at all as the apple sauce had totally soften it and the meat was so over cooked and salty we both couldn't eat it, coleslaw and mashed potatoes where terrible. The only reason I am giving you 1 point is due to my husbands steak being cooked amazing.

It also seemed that after our mains we became invisible to the staff, as my husband had ordered pudding which didn't arrive. In the end we got tired of waiting and went to pay the bill only to see that we were being charged for pudding? It had ended up on someone else's table apparently.

Not a very good experience for us, and one we will not be repeating. I know I should have complained about the food, but due to my husband not wanting to make a fuss, I let him win this time round...

Always wanted to try this restaurant every time I went pass J'ville. Well finally did it on labour day with a huge disappointment.

1.My sons meals (6,2) which was mini pizzas with fries took nearly 35min to arrive. Poor presentation like from a Chinese takeaway. Kids got grumpy as they were hungry.
2. Our meals took 35min to arrive too. When asked about the delay the waitress didn't not bother even to apologize. Food was dry and hopeless. Waste of time and money.

Lunch on the labour day at this hopeless restaurant was able to put us off track for a while. But we managed to get it back to enjoy the rest of the day.
We went on the night the ironside steak was $25.00 was amazing meal, we had to wait a bit to be seated as the place was packed, we weren't asked if we want dessert, which we did, pretty good service, but it was the meal that got the 4* for me.

This place is great for a few brews and a feed with mates. There's a nice sheltered courtyard if you don't mind the odd smoker and the service is tops! Thank you to the friendly waitress for your recommendation about the chicken and bacon burger. I was not disappointed!

It comes with a decent amount of chicken, grilled cheese on the top and bottom of the bun, bacon, onions, tomato, lettuce and a generous amount of fries. Love the signature burger sauce - like big mac sauce just better!

Great service. Staff are helpful and really friendly. Place has a good vibe wether your having dinner or just out for a cheeky or 2. Recommend this place to anyone who hasnt tried it.

I am trying hard for this review not to be tainted by the All Blacks loss to the Springboks that occurred while we were eating at 1841 but not sure I will achieve this...

We booked a table and the lovely person I spoke to made sure we had a good spot to watch the big screen for the game. For the most part, the service on the night was just as great as when I had called. This was no easy task as the place was packed with avid suburbia rugby viewers.

The waitress who took our orders was polite and welcoming. The waitress that cleared our plates, then distributed all the table bills. I get they were busy and she wanted to streamline that process but she didn't check if we wanted dessert so that may have lost some additional $$. Catch 22 for them I guess...

The food is decent pub food. I had the vege burger and substituted the bun for GF toast. I barely managed to eat the Burger as the housemade vege patty is huge. I was a bit dubious about it so was pleasantly surprised at the numerous flavours they managed to pack in there. The fries were a bit soggy (I'm a crunchy chip fan) so didn't eat them all but overall was an ok meal.

Overall, decent experience...overshadowed by a great game of rugby with a result that wasn't what we were after. Thanks 1841 team!
The food from the bar is good but thats about it. Environment is good but staff service is average at best. The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are very average for what you pay.
Stephanie
Johnsonville really needs a decent pub/restaurant and unfortunately 1841 isn’t it. They can poor a good wine and successfully fry some chips but that is sadly all. The actual meals are always bland, undercooked and generally low quality.
Jess McIntosh
The service was good. Food was pretty amazing except the breads and dips because it's not already cut up so expect to make a mess. Overall was pretty good there but if you're looking for a place that is quiet and with no screaming kids around, this is not the place to go

Went there for the last big test match, had a 200g steak dinner with beer. Good old Kiwi tucka, but I really loved the steak, was a true medium rare! Juicy and tender, the way I like it. Even the outer edges, where it cooks faster, were still red, juicy and well seared. Other places overcook those parts (some even cooking it till well done!) having left the steak on the grill too long, but this is one of those rare places that gets it just right. Kudos to the skills of the chef!

In summary, this is pretty good for pub food. Don't come here expecting fine dining, and you won't be disappointed.

This is a great place to go for a great meal with friends and/or family, I have been here many times (mostly on Tuesday nights)
Tuesday night is steak night (400g steak, chips, slaw, egg, and a drink, for $25)

I would highly recommend calling and making a booking (even if you only make the booking when you get into the car)

They have a great menu and will make a adjustment as requested

took my sister there for her 60th birthday tea. Worst meal I've ever had. They couldn't get our order right. We are 4 adults and 3 kids and they served 2 of the kids meals and when we asked about the 3rd - opps it was on the other side of the docket.. Not our fault. We waited 50 mins for our mains (we had been told there was a 30 min delay as they were busy). thankfully the kids were served promptly. We were on the verge of telling them to cancel the meals when when we got our mains turned up however only 2 of the 4 were correct. the other 2 we had to send back and they still didn't get it right. We gave up in the end and when the waiter came back to see if the meals were ok I said 'don't ask'. I did ask to speak to the chef but antoher staff member said she was in charge. I advised this was the worst meal I've ever had the steak we'd asked for to be Medium with no pink, the first one was blue and when we sent it back the next one came back just as bad. We were advised that they cooked there steaks medium but still pink. This still had blood coming out of it. We did get that meal taken off the bill. But overall it was disgusting. We've been here several times over the years but this is the worst we've ever encountered.

The food was really great and customer service was really good to start off with, but went downhill as the night went on. We booked a table for 7:30pm and were told we had to sit at a high table until our table was ready so we ordered a few drinks and waited. We were then told we should order our food quickly as there were two large groups ordering soon. We finally got to our seated table at 8pm only to wait for a further 50 min for our food. I really wanted to rate 5 stars, but waiting 50 min for your mains was way too long (4 ordered steak meals and 1 ordered the filo meal). I get it's Christmas and they're busy but should be told meals would take that long. Food was cooked well and great value.
Meet with friends for brunch...eggs are always poached to perfection and they brew a great coffee. Great atmosphere and service! Love their 2-4-1 mains 👌👌

I was here recently for lunch with a group of friends. The quality, portions and price of our meals was superb and the service was exceptional. We are all looking forward to returning at some time

Good honest tasty food with generous portions, easily cater for large groups of diners. Diner comes out in reasonable time considering the busy nite. The staff are helpful and attentive and billing is very accurate.

This restaurant is the worst. Their food is very average and the service is poor. Last monday, my sister and I came here for dinner and our food was taking ages to come out. Because it was a 2 4 1 night, I thought that maybe they were just very busy but then people who came later than us started getting their food. When we followed up on our order, it was very obvious that they forgot about it and so we waited for another 20 mins or so. When the food finally came out, they forgot my sister's order. We didnt want to wait any longer as we have already wasted more an hour of time for nothing. I've never experience this kind of service before and I do not recomment this place.

I only go there because they offer two for one deal and also not many places to go in Johnsonville. If anyone open a decent restaurant in Johnsonville area this place will be in trouble. There are smoking area and pocky machines as well. Food is so so.

Most importantly, the owners manner is not so smooth based on my own experience. He told us to leave the restaurant when I had drinks there because it was almost closing time.

Yes there are many ways to tell you customers to say "time to go home" but the owner chosen a way to make us stupid and made us feel really uncomfortable.

I may go there if my friends want to meet there as long as they pay but if I need to choose the place to meet. I will not go there.

So not recommended!

Arrived with a group of friends for Saturday brunch. We were attended to pretty quickly but our orders took quite long to arrive. So a little inconsistency in the service there.

We got a few servings of their big breakfast, eggs benedict, and bubble and squeak. The portion sizes were generous, and overall the food was pretty decent. The place was pretty empty when we were there so I was surprised when no one came around to refill our glasses, etc.

As a whole, the food and prices were not too bad but I wouldn't necessarily pick this as a first choice if coming to Johnsonville again.

We have been here a few times now and they have Great pub food. Everything i have personally ordered here has been good so far. Their lunch meals are reasonably priced too. My son didnt like their butter chicken and i did have a taste of it and i must say it did taste like watties tomato soup with chicken pieces in it. So wouldnt order that again. If you want to dine in a quiet atmosphere dont come here as its loud and rowdy. With a family that has 3 children this suits us as we dont have to tell the kids to be quiet all the time. Staffs service is unpredictable. We have had fabulous service and then terrible service. The big disappointment was I always like to get a coffee at the end of the meal and they advised that they had turned there coffee machine off so no can do. With a pub thats open late at night this surprised me. Overall we will continue to visit 1841.

1841 would be the worst restaurant and bar I have ever experienced. The service was very poor, the waitress got our drinks order wrong, we had to wait 2 hours for our food to arrive (yes 2 hours, not a typo) and the food was disgusting (Chicken over cooked, potatoes under cooked, chips re-cooked and soaked in oil). On Monday night it is buy one main and get one free. Unfortunately the Ribs are excluded (not mentioned anywhere) so the bill was also a bad surprise. I complained twice about over 10 tables getting their food before us when they arrived over 1 hour later than us. I would recommend that you never go to this restaurant!

It was my first visit to this place on my sisters recommendation. Welcome was nice & warm. We were also told about the lunch specials.
We ordered Beef Nachos , Fish & Chips and Ginger beer..
Overall was good experience with outdoor seating. Though I had bit different taste in mind for nachos but it was equally good or could have been better. Quantity was good too.
I wont mind coming back to this place but will see few more places first too ..

Went for Sunday lunch with family. Was good as it has plenty of room, and with one a couple of elderly, one broken leg and one baby amongst the ten of us, we need a bit of space.

The staff were friendly , and made the group feel welcome. The food was basic pub grub - but good value.

We had a great time. Thanks.

This place is awesome 👍👍 the steak was the best! Big fat and juicy just how I like it 😊 the chips on the side could of done with less salt but still good tho and the coleslaw complimented the dish altogether.
Service could of been a bit better, but would definitely recommend coming back again
Good pub grub. Bit inconsistent at times, but usually pretty good. Good service, reasonable prices and the best BBQ ribs I've found in wellington so far.
Dylan Benjamin Lupo
Went for breakfast with the family , presentation was nice nothing to special , got the Benedict with bacon was around $15 . Nice hollandaise bacon nice and crispy downfall was the poached eggs ( poached is the standard for every breakfast unless you ask otherwise ) eggs were a tad on the undercooked side . Otherwise no complaints
Shannon Patangata
I ordered the fettuccine dish, was very nice...above average.I asked about the dessert special which was a white chocolate cheesecake...it was all sugar and lacked depth of flavour (very sugary)...below average. Was there with a larger group for a club break-up adults and children alike. The duty manager seemed overly concerned about the under age members of our group and even after we stipulated we're only here for dinner, he wanted to see ID and ensure legal gaurdians were present etc etc. Not sure what the law is but if you have a large party and walk into say 'Lonestar', I'm sure they're not going to single every single underaged person out even before sitting down right??Other than the above issue, the staff were great!

Simple tasty pub grub. Not had dinner here but been many times for the $12 lunch dishes. Standard fare - burger salad fish and chips etc.

Friendly staff and always quick service.
Mikaere Kopeke-Te Aho
With the cheapest jug being an $11 Amstel lite and the other jugs all settling at $13 this is a good place for a cheap drink! Although a few more varieties of beer on tap would be welcome what they do serve is ice cold and gets the job done. The foods reasonably priced considering the sheer size of the meals, pork ribs will set you back about $30 but will see you right with an entire kg of rips on top off some delicious home made rough cut chips. The slaw that came with the meal however was below average, the red cabbage was bland and lacked any discernible dressing and really let the meal down.

I dined here with a few friends for lunch about a month ago, i ordered the steak, eggs and chips. The meal was good and everyone else seemed to have been happy with they're choice of food too.The only con was, when we entered the restaurant we were straight away asked for our proof of id instead of getting a friendly welcome and hello. So overall, food was good, but the service wasn't as good as it could be.

I'm not sure why this place has relatively good ratings. I come here frequently with friends, and when I think about it, it's always awful. The food is priced at $20-$30 per main. What you get for those city location prices is sub-standard pub food. I had the potato and leek soup for my main which had a fatal error made on it, no seasoning at all. It's a basic rule to taste and season before things leave the kitchen.
As I watched my friends struggle to eat a chicken burger with an oversized awful dry breast and incredibly soggy wedges which were solid in the middle due to lack of thorough cooking, we exchanged looks of despair whilst trying to be polite as it was a birthday event.

I hope 1841 picks up their game, with a new menu, I'm doubtful of its success given the inability to execute such basic cooking concepts.

However, on a positive note, service was really good, but do keep and eye on empty wine glasses, I'm sure that's where you can make easy money.
Damage
I'm really not sure what has happened to the food here but it's gone down hill in a massive way. Ordered med rare steak. Comes out well done. Second time now. Have also ordered butter chicken here, what a disgrace! Was tomato soup, I am not kidding either. I told the waitress who agreed. She brought another back and all they did was thicken the same dish with corn flour.
Partner ordered the fish n chips. Fish was that grosse fishy taste so def not fresh. Also her salad was just plain wrong with brown mushy lettuce leaves. The core of the red onion also was included. Only giving this place a 2 because it was good when I got ribs about a year back.
FOOD Wars
I've been here so many times that I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it yet!.Take advantage of their specials!! They're so worth it. 2 4 1 Monday's are a bargain and there's a dish for everyone. I thoroughly enjoy the fish and tend to go here to get my fish fix as no one else in my family eats fish! The rest of my family tend to go for steak, which can't really be faulted but sometimes a medium can come out medium rare and medium rare, out rare. Thursday get the 'biggie' steak dish for $20, but again, bit touch-n-go with the medium rare. $10 Sunday brekkie is worth every dollar. Sometimes the wait times can be a bit too long. If you're prepared for that, you'll thoroughly enjoy your dining experience here. Last dining experience came to about $90 on a Monday for 4 mains, 1 child meal, 2 desserts and approx. 4 drinks. A Thursday night dining experience for 6 adults, 1 child, came to around $260 - with quite a lot of drinks both alcoholic ($10 jug special night) and fizzy, a main each, child meal, couple of desserts & couple of garlic breads.

1841 take their name from the year that Johnsonville was established in the Wellington area. This venue has had a few facelifts over the past six years but I reckon the current owners have a winning formula. The food has really good pub grub. Its a little noisy when there are high profile sports games in as the casual drinking area is only a partition away from the cosy dining area. The kaukau salmon is my fave, the salmon is served not overly greasy and and the honey hinted mash is such a lovely combo with the fish. If you want a quiet meal out with family head there between 6-800pm on a friday or 6-700pm on a saturday.

Went to 1841 for lunch on Saturday of Anzac weekend. I had my 2 and 5 year old boys with me. Waited ages to order, when no one came I went to the bar to order, waited ages for our meal to arrive which was cold when it finally did arrive. Would have complained at the time but was really hungry and not in the mood to wait any longer (they usually come and ask how our meals are just after being served but no one did) Had to wait for ages again to order our kids deserts. Not sure why everything took so long as it wasn't even busy!! When it came time to pay I went to the bar and the waitress looked at me as if I was interrupting her making me feel extremely uncomfortable, when I said thank you she said "no worries" there was no smile, no thank you back. All in all a bad experience and I'll probably avoid going back on a Saturday in the future if those waitresses are working. Shame because every other time I've been there it's been quite a nice experience.

Came here yesterday for meal & quiz night. The Fish of the Day (oven-baked gurnard, potato & sun-dried tomato bake, cucumber salsa, salad) was seriously tasty. I was chuffed about Tabasco sauce being in the condiment box as I love to put hot-sauce on nearly everything! The staff who were working last night were extremely friendly and professional.

As visitors to Wellington we asked some of the locals where a well priced dinner was. We were told 1841!

My friends and I dined at 1841 on a Monday night which lucky for us was two for one. What an amazing dinner we had! And even better to feed four, with drinks and with lots of side plates, only cost $90!

Staying in Wellington till Thursday morning, we decided to travel again to Johnsonville for dinner. Again we had a wonderful meal. This place is faultless. Amazing staff, quality food, and great prices!

I'm shocked at some of the other reviews because I had a perfect experience, twice!

We quite often visit for a quick drink, or Steak on Tuesday. THe food is tasty, but as a lot of others reviewers point out nothing to rave about - then again its pub food.
To be honest, $20 for a good steak and a beer is good value, although we have had mixed results, some great, some overcooked. I'd go back, but because its a local more than the food.
Service is always friendly and helpful. For the right crowd, its good - its not a "dinner for 2" place - would suit a group very well.

Recently moved to J.Ville and found 1841. Read the reviews on here first to see if it was worth a visit. Reviews left us sceptical to say the least.

But tonight we dropped in for a drink, then decided we may as well find out for ourselves and try the food also. Tuesday is $20 steak+pint night. I went for that, my partner had the chicken burger. It was reasonably busy but nothing hectic. Our order took 45mins to arrive at the table (not great but not terrible). Food was luke warm.

CHICKEN BURGER:
My partner had this and described it as 'nothing wrong with it but nothing amazing...average'. There was planty of it, lots of chicken.

STEAK:
Came with 2 fried eggs, home cut fries, knob of garlic butter and slaw. Plenty of it, steak was big, came med. rare as ordered, but was tough. Fries were nicely seasoned but there weren't too any on the plate, enough though. Eggs were nice and runny, slaw was good. Fresh crunchy grated veg, not the overly mayo kind, so that was good.

Staff were quite friendly.

Result: Average. Not bad but we won't be rushing back for the food.

Booked well in advance for Mother's Day. On arrival table booked for 2pm for 10 not available. Paid for drinks and waiting in the outside smoking area. Told our table would be available soon table had just ordered coffee. Waitress brought 6yo and 3yo kids activity kit and menus so 'our orders would be available once the table was'. 45 minutes later no table. Moved us inside to 2 tables not adjacent to each other. Entrees started to arrive. Some of our party couldn't fit on the 2 tables we were sat so were still outside. Asked about our table and told restaurant couldn't do anything about it. People still sitting at table proposed for us starting perusing menu and picked up carafe of water from the bar. Decided after 45 minute wait for taking our 70 yo mother/mother-in-law for a mother's day lunch we had been patient enough and told the waitress we were leaving. She then said had another table available and it was up a small step. One of our party is in a wheelchair. Went outside to let the rest of our party know we were leaving, some of our party had already left and waitress said we could now have free entrees. 45 minute wait and 10 people inside, outside, already left, some entrees delivered....no thanks. Wouldn't recommend for busy occasion's mother's day etc. or for large parties. Either 1841 don't know how to run FOH and turn over their tables or they are greedy and overbooked their restaurant. Huge disappointment will not be returning. Our alternative arrangements came up trumps!

Made amends by inviting us back for complimentary meals. Although matriach who original booking was made for refused to return the rest of our party enjoyed prompt service, good pub fare. Restaurant was not busy so attentive staff, prompt service. Thanks for the gesture. Appreciate the generous compensation.

We have been regular diners at 1841 since the new ownership took over a year ago. Noticeably, this place is beicoming busier no matter what day of the week. The menu offers a wide variety(although we have been through it in full!) and is very well priced. If you are after good pub grub at a great price this is the place. The staff are very attentive, friendly and welcoming. I also come here with my girlfriends and feel safe and comfortable. Perhaps adding a tasting platter of some sort may cater to the females a little more than the deep fried platter that I'm sure the lads love! Overall great offering, service with a smile and a place that caters to the people! Keep it up

I had dinner at the restaurant last night. It was absolutely awful. I ordered the ribeye steak on the bone with red wine jus, hand cut fries and the house coleslaw. The meal also came with onion rings. The steak arrived on top of the fries which were soggy and had no taste. They were soaking in the red wine jus which was watered down. I asked for a new order of fries in a seperate bowl. The coleslaw (if you can call it that as it had bits of corn in it) was tasteless as was the steak which tasted like cardboard. The onion rings were obviously pre-frozen and not made on the premises. They also were tasteless. There was no seasoning in the whole dish. All in all, a bad experience.

My Husband and I went to 1841 lastnight 8/2/2012 We had Chowder which was a special on the menu was served very nice in a shell but was watery and tasted like the fish had just soaked in it before the carrots etc which tasted raw were thrown in.

Main coruse I ordered a beef burger the bun was stale the chips hard in centre the lettuce was soggy and old the burger was tasteless...I left most of it

My husband had bangers and mash thats exactly what he got however these passed with an ok tick.. Sorry won't be going back again the price far too much for such tacky tasteless food..

We ducked in for lunch one Sunday while watching the warriors. My parnter brought the sirloin 400gm meal (medium rare)and I had the mushroom, blue cheese soup in a taco shell. I love mushrooms, blue cheese and tacos so it wasn't hard to please me! However the sirloin was more rare than medium rare! In fact in was practically jumping off the plate! I must admit it was a big chunk of beef so I can see how the middle of could have been just raw meat. I'd say another 30 seconds on the grill would have made it perfect! Other than that, we had a nice time and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We recently held a combined 50th and 10th anniversary at 1841.
The staff were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. With the staff doing all the hard work, we were left to tend to our guests and not worry about a thing.
The food was a fantastic price, tasted great and looked great!
Thank you to all of the team at 1841 - we will definitely be holding another function there!

We have been locals for 3 years now and in all the times we have been here we have never been disappointed with the service or our meals, the $10 lunches are awesome too.
