I really like Cuckoo.
I've been there about 6 times and enjoyed each one. The ambience is great and the service is pretty good but sometimes there has been a devil may care attitude but it hasn't ruined the overall experience.
I take most of my friends there because it's funky and it makes me look good because I know cool places to go :)
Highly recommend this place. Took my family here as they flew in from Brisbane. They were very impressed with the cocktail knowledge of the staff and blown away by the coffee made by Aaron. If you want to be treated like a old time friend pay these guys a visit. You will not be disappointed. Day and Night. Best addition to the waterfront in YEARS!
We stopped here before a concert next door at the Stadium and ordered drinks / pizza off their partner restaurant’s menu. Lots of wine, beer and spirits and appetizers, and several pizzas too. We tried the 10 Little Pigs pizza (meat based with a spicy chili sauce) and the chicken cranberry Brie - both amazing! About 7-8 in pizzas so perfect to get two to share for 2 people. Their outdoor patio area has string lights and is covered and heater. The server even brought us blankets as it was a cooler / rainy day. Great service and a fun vibe!
It's a perfect place to have a beer in Welli. I had a couple of Daydreams and loved them. All the staff is great, but I can't believe how amazing the blonde manager from the UK was. Estoy encantado!

A quaint, quality treasure that is quintessential cuteness amongst the surrounding big brands. The service during my visit was seamless and fluid. Sometimes it's a real joy to enjoy the essence of "less is more".
Two words. Shirley Temple. The best shirley temple I have ever tasted, im literally salivating thinking about this gosh darn shirley temple. You could tell me there were human remains in this shirley temple and I would continue to guzzle down this shirley temple like it was my first sip of water after being stuck on the oriental parade pontoon for 6 hours. Unrelated but if I was to be stuck on the oriental parade pontoon for 6 hours I feel like if I rung up the cuckoo phone they would pick up after 3 rings and then do everything in there power to get me onto land again. Love this place, love the shirley temples, love the lifeguard lookn staff.
Lovely cocktails, cool, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great ambience and chic decor. Super awesome all the time but even better in summer.

Went for an after dinner cocktail and we were not disappointed. They are on the expensive side but we loved our cocktails. Yum 😋. The service was brilliant too.

Made a group booking and enjoyed Cuckoo on a lovely summer afternoon - our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Shout out to absolutely lovely staff - professional, friendly, remembered individual drink orders, really efficient and just took lovely care of us. The drinks were yum, and the atmosphere was wonderful, right around the corner from the ocean. Bonus - we were able to pre-order pizza from One Red Dog which was all set up and taken care of by Cuckoo - amazing! Highly recommend.
