Absolutely yummy. Soft taco, very tasty, juicy, every ingredient perfect size and perfectly cooked, even the packaging is brilliant; solid container with deep grooves to stop the juices running.

As far as takeaway burritos go, Zambrero is great. The guy serving us was friendly enough and laid on burrito fillings pretty generously. The guy also had great burrito wrapping skills.

It's very difficult for me to not like a Zambrero. It is my favourite fast food enterprise. Not biased because it's an Australian company. They were at the top of my list before I left Oz. Great value, good service and I find the staff efficient and helpful.

Delicious burritos and for a good cause too. The charity aspect does make them a little expensive - definitely a treat not an every day food. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but it's worth it for the sheer amount of spiced beef and cheese that they cram into these things.

Review for Petone: The food is great! Staff mostly great, friendly and very helpful except for one. He makes no effort to acknowledge nor communicate with any customers, No smiles, no eye contact, nothing! Fourth time encountering poor quality service from this guy, so had to note. The rest of the staff are fantastic!

The food here is really good. I recommend the burrito but actually the whole menu looks tasty. I went at lunch time during a working week so it was pretty busy. Although I had to queue it moved reasonably quickly.

Very clean and tidy place! Awesome customer service and catered to our diet with no problems at all. Only bummer is the amount of meat served, could be more initially without the extra cost. Other than that it is amazing

Love this place. Ethos is great. Feed the world one taco at a time. Great flavours and options. Super fast service and open till late. IQ barrito is a good option, but also quesadilas are up there as a favourite. Small and not really a place to dine but great quick option. Vege and meat options

Staff were really friendly and the food was made really quick but to high quality. The salads were really fresh and the chicken was nice and soft with lots of flavour. The price was worth it I highly recommend Zambrero.

I had their beef nachos with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes and garlic sauce and it was delicious all for $13! Was a great size for a lunch or even just a snack! Populate and friendly staff, would definitely recommend going if your q nacho lover!

In my opinion, it is the best fast food joint at the moment. The vegetarian chikito is sooooo tasty I could eat it everyday! The selection of ‘raw’ drinks complement the good healthy food on offer.

Sunday lunch. Popped in after yoga. Not been here before. They do vegan or veggie versions of their dishes. Eg: swap meat for refried beans.<br/><br/>My partner ordered the IQ bowl with cheese $15.00 and I ordered the nachos $14.00<br/><br/>Big portions. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. The nachos have a reasonable amount of cheese on them which is melted; nice.<br/><br/>I went for the hottest sauce option. It was hot but not overly. <br/><br/>Both myself and my partner enjoyed our meals but also felt that something was missing; flavour. It was a bit subtle on that front and would have been more enjoyable if they had had stronger flavours.

Pretty bad Mexican food. I had the nachos: the chips were stale and half the toppings I asked for weren't on it when it was brought out. Not worth the money. I would recommend Mad Mex down the road, much better portion size and fresh ingredients.

Small joint with not much in terms of seating, I had low expectations when I initially stepped foot in the restaurant. Their choice of options for tacos and quesedilas is good enough. But the flavors are amazing. Black beans are one of the better ones around. Chicken and pork fillings were nice and flavorful. <br/>Price was a little high but not through the roof.

Yummy place for a quick bite. Think of it as a Mexican Sunway restaurant. Pick what you want, veggies, sauces, cheese. You can get a beer with your meal too. Not cozy to sit in. It's a quick meal.

Came in for lunch today and we got a couple of the smaller Burrito options. Whipped up quickly "Subway style" with no dramas. Both Chicken ones and we were quite happy with our choices, another nice lunch option in future.

Yes I love it! This is like the subway of Mexican food, it's really fast and somewhat healthy. The white rice was really good and I believe they have vegan options available. When I said I was vegetarian they immediately gave me double beans and double rice which I thought was great customer care. I'll definitely be back!!

Zambrero is an excellent quick Mexican takeout. It's based on the subway concept but for burritos instead. I had a chicken burrito with medium spice mayo sauce. <br/><br/>Obviously nothing like the burritos in the U.S. but for New Zealand standards, it's quite tasty. ( Better than Mad Mex)<br/><br/>Showstopper: The choice of fillings was great and the sauce is superb: smooth, tangy and with a little kick.<br/><br/>Overall grade: B-

We were served by friendly staff. I'm mad about Mexican food so was keen to try it out as it was close to our hotel. We found the food a bit disappointing. The proportions of our nachos weren't right. More cheese than beans or meat and it was quite small too.

Like a Mexican version of subway. So basically better flavours and nicer decor. There are a good selection of menu options and everything can be a vegetarian option. Price is reasonable and the Verde sauce is recommended. Eating here again its just good food!
