Aroha Plant-based Restaurant - Wellington - Photo album

The Asian style power bowls are the main attraction here, and you can pick from your favourite curries. Meals here definitely feel healthier than many other lunch offerings, while still tasting great! Their burgers are quite unique as they rely heavily on the flavour of the Asian mock meats, worth a
Went to Aroha because of the previous reviews and it did not disappoint. There was a queue (good sign). Lots of information on the walls to tell you what to order. I got the power bowl for $12.80. See attached pics. Fast, friendly service and so much to choose from. So happy to find this place
This is the best vegan food I have ever tasted and I have lived in many countries and made and eaten vegan food everywhere for 20 years. Their smoked tofu and broccoli dish was absolutely divine. The choice of numerous hot dishes and salads was also superb. Thank you for such an amazing eating exper
Really great vegan food! Build your own veggie bowl with tons of different options. I also tried the vegan nuggets and dumplings they were just as amazing.
Vegetarians and Vegans rejoice, this place gives you real choice for lunch or dinner. No longer restricted by salads and cooked veges, this place provides burgers, stir frys and proper meals that are filling and most importantly delicious. Within the Press Hall food centre, this place establishes a
Great little find for our plant based friends. Super tasty, great selection and really great value for money. Got the large power bowl, which was massive and enough for two people really, but managed to stuff it all in πŸ˜‚
My favourite and personal go-to for delicious and wholesome food. The fact that it's plant based is such a bonus and I've yet to try something that I don't like. I always go for the regular size power bowl as I like having more variety and more delicious veggies to eat. Must try in Wellington. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I really liked the smoked seitan burger, they had a great variety of food and drinks, reasonably priced, i would come back for sure. Great to see so many plant based and vegan places all over the world!
Everyday this is my go-to option for lunch since one of my vegan friend took me here. Great vegan foods, good portion, reasonable price, and lovely staffs too ❀️
Went for my first time the other day! Unfortunately they’d sold out of the seitan burger i had heard people raving about. But I was not disappointed anyway! Salad was insanely good and I’ve never had a vegan bao bun this good!
Really good burgers. You don’t get half way through and they taste dry or bland like other vegan patties.
Delicious vegan food but half cold and no microwave to heat it up - what a shame! Otherwise a perfect place for a healthy quick lunch.
The Aroha finds itself in the Press Hall Eatery, just on the left side and is a plant-based food stall. The ordering process is quick and if you ear in, you get a proper plate and cutlery (no throw-away πŸ‘ŒπŸ½). You can create your own rice bowl with a good range of ingredients to choose from. It was
Oh my gosh. So much selection, we couldn't decide! The $8 super food burger for opening week was DEE-LISH! Keep doing what you're doing Aroha, cos you do it so well! We'll be back super soon to try some more! Yum!
One of my favourite lunchtime places in the CBD, heavily due to their power bowls where you can pick from a variety of vegan dishes - it can become a little same-same depending on your frequency and is facing some tough competition with Belen and Seize. It's like Seize but with 'warmer' bowl options
A fabulous selection of Vegan food. So very tasty, healthy, and located in a great spot.
My absolute favourite lunch spot in town. Every dish feels just like home cooking; authentic and made with love. The serving size is great and price is right. My go-to is the power bowl because you get to have a taste of everything and it’s so nutritious, filling and flavourful. I’m telling all my f
Loved it! Really diverse selection of vegan options (veges, meat-free meat, jackfruit etc) and super delicious. Great value for money. Their $15 power bowl is quite big (not that I'm complaining) so maybe try their small size for a first go. Highly recommended to any vegans/vegetarians or those ju
