Loved the Haggis Scotch Egg for my starter then the Fish and Chips with peas and tartare sauce was lovely! Will try the Breaded Fish next time .

Been staying here a few weeks due to work commitments. Rooms are clean and tidy. Everything you need in one place. Great little hotel, the restaurant sells very nice food. The pork porterhouse is fantastic. The blonde waitress sammy i think her name is. Shes really pleasant and very proactive at her job. Overall will stay again great hotel. Only constructive comment is the chicken curry needs some onions, mushrooms and peas and it would be really good!! keep up great work guys!!

We (6 people,) sent for Dinner there. It was busy and had a lovely table. Service was excellent. I had fillet steak. Absolutely delicious and my daughter in law had the same. We both agreed it was cooked to perfection. Best steaks we had in a long time. Certainly recommend it.

Great hotel. I gave 4 Stars for the room only because I was unable to regulate the heat. It was very warm and if I opened the window, I could hear the traffic. Other than that, the room was beautiful!

I got a delivery from just eat. Would have gave this breakfast 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the scrambled egg. It was literally tasteless and was really grey in colour on some parts. The rest was great. Just get a fried egg. Delivery was really fast and all the food still arrived hot. Would recommend.

We stayed in a room with two double beds. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and it was roomy enough. We couldn't open the window as it was painted shut and it was quite a warm night but we managed. As we were facing the street in the morning the street noise started to leak through the windows a bit but it was manageable. The bar was great and the bar manageress was lovely and really accommodating when I realised we might arrive a bit late. Overall a lovely little hotel and I hope to be able to come back to sample the food.
