I absolutely love this wee gem of a place. The staff alone make you want to come back again and again. Amazing cheap eats at the end of Lambton Quay perfect for a lunch during work with gorgeous sandwiches, hot counter and my favourite the soup of the day! Seats to sit in or takeaway. All served with a smile :)

Got a steak & mushroom pie today, nice pie but the steak was rather tough and chewy so I've dropped it down a Star.

Like everywhere else the prices have gone up... when will it stop? Soon we won't be able to afford anything.

I love this traditional lunch bar. Good simple food always fresh and wholesome. The staff welcome you as if you're family. Exceptional business where if they run out of your favourite you will see them go out back to the kitchen and make it fresh. How many eateries do that nowadays?

This place has the best range of fresh sandwiches <br/>My favourite is the tuna and bacon and egg sandwiches <br/>The staff are very friendly and many people come here to grab their lunch or morning tea.<br/>

I had a salmon and avocado bagel which was yummy. My partner had some of the sandwiches and she said they were Terrible. <br/>The prices are different in store than they have online. <br/>Is just a normal bakery I reckon nothing special about this place.

Concorde cafe sells baguettes, sandwiches, and pastries. They also sell coffee and juices. The coffee is remarkably average, if not a little smaller in volume than other cafes if you order takeaway. <br/><br/>The sandwiches and baguettes are pretty simple, so nothing special there besides being reasonably priced. There are many varieties of baguettes and sandwiches to choose from. I tried the chicken pate and sour cream baguette and it was good, though a little difficult to eat without making a mess. <br/><br/>The pastries were actually priced quite competitively and are delicious. The cafe sells cream puffs, fruit tarts, flap jacks and lemingtons to name a few. The cookies, however large they may be, are a little tasteless. I tried a small almond tart and it was delicious! <br/><br/>Service was fast, and the staff were friendly. A good place to drop by for a little snack and a hot cuppa.

Concorde has the best baguettes and croissants in town! The filled rolls are delicious. I regularly come here for lunch as everything is reasonably priced. I also like their almond croissants, sausage rolls and fruit tarts.

Food was nice and reasonably priced, but the customer service is appalling. I had my 3 year old child with me and he needed to go to the toilet. I asked one of the female staff members if my child could use the toilet. I got a very angry reply in her native tongue and I guessed the answer was NO. I then asked one of male staff members and he was more polite and allowed us to use the toilet, but there was no toilet paper and as the male staff member was busy, I had to ask the female staff member again. All I got was more abuse in her native tongue and the only English word she said was "NO". In the end the male staff member was more helpful, but the female staff member needs to improve her customer service skills. Definitely not a child friendly cafe and I probably would not go back.

Very affordable authentic patisserie bakery style. Their cakes always look AMAZING but my thighs wont allow me to try them... Nice lady behind the counter too.

Concorde is a convenient location for me to get lunch from and it's reasonably priced! I love their filled baguette sandwiches, though I always feel once I have finished one that I could eat another! Probably because their bread tastes so great and because white bread in general isn't that filling. I wouldn't recommend their pastries or baked goods however as I always find these to be below average. Great for filled baguettes and baguettes on their own!
