🍪Hot and fresh!!! While passing by the shop, I saw they were serving the freshly baked cookies, which is irresistible for a sweets lover like me. So I ordered a white chocolate almond cookie.
🍪White chocolate almond cookie tastes amazing! The chocolates are settled well within the dough and the almond flavor is kinda strong.
🍪Service is more than great and the staff are friendly.

This easily accessible cookie shop and cafe is located at the corner of Lambton Quay and Woodward Street.
The cookies are delicious and freshly prepared. Good variety of cookies.
Just passing around this place and picking up the powerful cookie smell spread around can make anyone feel hungry.
Coffee and tea are good as well.
Welcoming staff and fast service.
Compact setup. No seating available.
Good for quick bite.
Can turn out to be a bit heavy on wallet compared to traditionally baked cookies which is the whole purpose behind visiting this place for most of us. It is a big cookie chain spread across the country.

Amazing cookies. Friendly staff. Just one request can you always have enough cookies in stock especially shortbread is always sold out. Can you make few extra batches please. I always come for shortbread and half the times I go without it as they are sold out. Thanks

Damn these some good cookies. Hot, fresh and tasty. A tad expensive I think though, but I suppose they're fairly large and usually packed with chocolate bits. A real crowd pleaser.

Normally they are super nice but when I went recently I ended up paying for a cold cookie. :/ <br/>Not that much choice for variety but the chocolate chew is quite nice (when served warm!)

Got the caramel chew. Nothing great. Not much caramel. Would say very alike to subway cookies. I didn't get a fresh batch but from what I could smell wafting to the front a fresh cookie would have made all the difference.

Ma higgins cookies used to be the best, proper american style cookies, crunchy around he edges and soft and chewy in he middle. With the current owners of this store the cookies are trrribly over cooked, hard and sometimes verging on burnt not at all soft and chewy. Do not buy these cookies they do NOT taste as good as they smell!

The reception behind the counter is bloody terrible! No matter the lady or that gentleman, I thought them must had serious argument or fight before they open the store. Not nice, not felt welcomed! Won't come again if there is another store near by. Not recommended at all!

Very disappointed. Usually Mrs Higgins cookies are fresh and cooked perfectly but that shop is not serious about the quality. First of all I was welcomed by the most non smiling girl on earth and she looked really jaded when I asked for my cookies. If you don't like selling cookies change job ad that's part of the experience. Second of all, my jaw still hurts. I took 5 cookies 3 of them were really hard to chew on, they were obviously overcooked. The other 2 were actually quite fine (big up to the taste of the chocolate chip one). It smells good but when when you destroy your jaw to eat one cookie it takes all the pleasure away. Sorry but the staff as to do better.

This store is unfairly located (for the health conscious pedestrians) and should be moved away to a more private corner. The aroma especially in the morning pretty much kills your resolve to avoid sweets and cookies for the day and you have to stop by, sample and buy a few. And if you walk past Mrs Higgins every morning to get to work and have a sweet tooth, God help you. Personally I find their cookies a bit too sweet. But still great. I used to get a couple on most mornings to work and have it with my coffee later. Cant go wrong with this one really.

Awesome joint for the best cookies in town. Have always enjoyed all their cookies, some a bit too sweet but who can complain. Just walkin past the store makes you want the cookies. The sizes are huge too, with a coffee in hand it could pretty much be a mini meal in itself. Not sure about the others but I couldn't eat more than 2 cookies in one go and not every day. Need a few days to burn off the calories :)
