Mockingbird - Wellington - Photo album

We very much plan to make this a monthly if not more frequently rotation. Delicious food. A fabulous ambience. Very attentive and personable staff and very fun selection of bubbles and glasses. All vegan and what a delight. Doesn’t blow the budget but still incredibly classy and rewarding.
What a meal. A Veggie/vegan paradise. A quick stop that has blown my mind. As someone that has struggled to find vegetarian options in NZ my order here has been amazing. I can highly recommend the carrots, chorizo and whipped feta from the tapas menu. The staff are smiley, happy and super helpful. W
100% VEGAN! I have been here twice recently and loved both occasions. I went with a friend and we shared the Mediterranean Platter for two. The artichokes were swapped out on this day for the Albondigas (meatballs) but we didn’t mind because they were sensational! Chewy and savoury in the right way.
Came for the bottomless brunch. Absolutely delicious. Table was a bit small to accommodate food and drinks for 5. Wait was also longer than expected but overall the service was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Well worth the price and would definitely recommend.
Two-story Vegan Restaurant with an outdoor area and a balcony with a view of Courtenay Place. Amazing, colorful food and friendly staff. If you get cold, they offer you a blanket to keep warm. I definitely recommend and will be coming back here.
Very cosy and relaxing indoor and rooftop bar with restaurant in the city. Amazing vegan food, I ordered the Hula Hula burger twice in one long weekend, delish! With churros and a mocha for dessert, great food! Staff are really friendly and helpful but chill at the same time, playlist was great, m
Whether it's a Friday night burger and beer or sunday brunch this resaurant / bar has you covered. The ambience and food are of a consistently good quality. This place has some really solid burger, power bowl, taco and loaded fries options, their brisket burger and their pandan toast are my personal
I am not vegetarian but the burger was awesome, glad they could make without parsley. I have some food restrictions. The crew is great.
🌿 Vegan AND women owned?? 🌿 At this stage, we probably don’t even need to specify that a new place is fully vegan or plant based. I can’t imagine any meat eaters not enjoying the mockingbird dinner Junk food restaurant serving “pub style” food I.e. burgers and chips, and teaches you something new
Ended up here last night and had the best time with a group of friends. Super helpful and friendly staff and had an awesome platter! Even though not vegan the balance of different flavours was epic. Lovely vibe that is a break away from the crazy Courtney place! Def be back soon.
Went there on a rainy Monday night and there were quite a few other groups also there. Great cosy atmosphere. Food was really good value, great flavours.
This is not a cheap place to go, but for a night out, it's fabulous. The menu is plant based, and the food is so delicious you will never want to stop. The range of champagne is exceptional. They also host a bottomless brunch. I went to a drag brunch, and had the best time.
Service was absolutely awesome, the cheesy garlic bread was divine and the burger was awesome unfortunately i didnt like the cheese however with the beer recommended for the burger its a perfect match! Definitely recommend making a reservation as i was a walk in and they just managed to squeeze me i
Incredible vegan and vegetarian foods! Thought the chicken bites were so expensive (i think 13$ for 6 small strips???) But the breakfast burger was amazing (15$ i think 😭) and the loaded fries too.
What a great place and great vegan food. I'm not vegan but OMFG! It was just so good. So tasty and healthy.
Lovely venue and great cocktails. Our drink order was forgotten and after twenty minutes I had to go and ask staff to make our drinks, but they were very nice and quick to correct their mistake.
I cannot get enough of their whipped feta dish, I'm not vegan but that is off the hook IMHO! Kiwi platter is nice, cheese rolls are a good sub for the real deal but onion dip is not quite there, still delish tho 🤗 (I was with a friend from overseas who wanted to try kiwi food but is vegan 👍)
Lovely place. Can be a bit loud. Great Boujee Platter. Nice Mimosas and Sparkling Margarita carafes.
