I was wanting a particular product and the website crashed so I called whakatane store and spoke to Sharnika? Excuse the spelling she was so helpful during there busy time and she also did a follow up call. Thank you I really appreciated your excellent customer service!

Good clean store ... but still very pricey generally... some specials help the budget conscious... check out staff always pleasant.

The new self serve set up is great. Feels like there is a lot more space and it's much easier to get around with a pram. I found my shop here recently much cheaper than everywhere else

Today I came in around 10:15-10:30ish and ordered a hot chocolate. I must say I was having a pretty bad morning nothing seemed to be going right for me at all but whoever you had in the café that morning made me feel great and just in a better mood overall after that . I really needed that boost today and that positive attitude you radiated this morning was amazing

Nice medium sized shopping mall but don't get fooled by the size. You will get everything you need. Big selection of green vegetables. If you like meat the best part is the butcher section with great selections of meat and store made sausages no added rice flour or other stuff to bulk up the sausage.

A big shout out to the staff for there over and above service today. Coming to my house to pick up my card to pay for my online order. As I couldn't come down to the store. As I had had a fall and fractured my hip. Thank you so much

It's a good place to shop, easy to find things that you need and has a big parking space.While there are items like persimons,kumaras or tomatoes are quite expensive because they are almost or out of season, there are also items that are on specials ,however the prices of toilet papers and eggs seem to be constantly high right now. My favorite walnut muffins are really reasonably priced at $1.99 and they're delicious,my compliments to bakery dept.The staff are always very helpful and friendly which makes shopping enjoyable.
