Review Port Road Project - Whangamata

This brunch spot is a delightful treasure trove of morning delights. After we finished our activities at the beach, we found this amazing store. The omelet, a masterpiece of fluffy eggs and fresh ingredients, is a savory dream come true. Their sandwiches are a perfect blend of flavors and textures, making each bite a culinary adventure. Pair them with a latte, and you have the ultimate brunch experience. The latte is expertly crafted, with a velvety foam that adds a touch of luxury to your meal. The cozy, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff make it a wonderful place to start your day. For an incredible brunch, this spot with its amazing omelet, sandwich, and latte is a must-visit.

Really lovely cafe and service! The food tastes amazing and was great value for money, I ordered the pasta for $17 and could only get through half of it. A little too much Parmesan on top, but usually you don’t get enough so really appreciate it. No sugar free drinks were available on the drinks menu sadly

Food was good. Service was good but kind of left to yourself a bit but it was relatively busy so understandable.

Great location, gets heaps of sun for most of the day and is suitable for large groups. Been a few times and have had mixed experiences with the service (the last time was great though when we were served by a girl with dark brown hair). Delicious home baking which always tastes fresh. The summer bowl was delicious, but could easily be improved by adding more dressing, as it was a bit dry. Overall great cafe.

Amazing lunch in such a nice area. Food was absolutely amazing especially the pork shoulder toastie. Will be coming again as often as possible!

We had a nice breakfast here last weekend! The coffees were a little hot when they came out but still delicious. The food was great too, except that the pasta was too garlicky - overpowering any other flavours unfortunately. Other than that it was good, and I would recommend stopping in here!

Delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. So good in fact, I ate it all before I could get the "Before" shot.

Port Road Project is always a good option! The place hums with eager customers. The menu offers a delicious range of food to go with the coffee. I always enjoy going back here when I'm in town.

Quite possibly the best brunch of my life. We happened upon whangamata on holiday and are so glad we found this amazing cafe. The Turkish eggs were so flavorful and delicious. Latte was so good.

Lovely food. Tast coffee. Coffee cups could be a bit larger. But nice place in general.
