Review Vibes Cafe - Whangamata

Family lunch out during labour weekend, was a super long wait for food,but my goodness was that one of the best burgers I have had!! Kids devoured their burger! Definitely was worth the wait. Had all the yummies in the beef and bacon burger, even caramelized onions and the best special sauce. Wow and the chip's were delicious too 😊

Went back a second day for lunch,1st day I had a ham sandwich and it was the best,2nd day at first I was disappointed as there were no ham sandwich in the cabinet, to my relief they made one fresh,as good as the 1st,these are the best ham sandwich I've ever had.also the custard square in my view would be hard to beat. Thank you 😊

We had breakfast with 6 children (pancakes, waffles and the big breakfast) and it was absolutely divine! Very generous portions as well! The staff was exceptional, too! Best pancakes and breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, baked beans and bread) I've had in a long time! Thank you so much for a great last breakfast experience in Whangamata, we will definitely come back!💜

Genuinely the nicest big breakfast I’ve had in the 4 years of being in New Zealand, if you’re looking for a “full English breakfast” this is the place to go by far, really nice staff too. Thank you!

We had brunch here over the weekend (25/08/18) with a group of friends and their baby girl - 5 stars for this cafe! The food portions are very generous without risking the taste. We got the nachos, chicken burger and kids cheeseburger. Everything was YUMMY! Staff all had smiles when they served every table. Food is delicious and portions more than enough! Very happy experience 😀😀 will return here 100%

Indoor & outdoor seating. Lovely friendly staff. Beautifully cooked & presented food. Variety of alternative milks available. A pleasure to dine here.

Nice coffee, but awkward service. None of the servers seemed to know what vegan is and acted like it was a mission to do anything. Just got a bit of a stand behind the counter and chat - vibe. My husband got a salmon bagel which was really low in salmon and entirely deconstructed; not what you expect when you order a bagel. I got the muesli which was yummy; would have loved more season fruit to accompany it. Lovely spot though!

New owners with lovely menu. So many nice choices. I had the seafood chowder and my wife the banana waffles. Both excellent. Coffee and hot chocolate also very nice. No table service. Located on main street with outside tables. Certainly will be back.

All day breakfast! Got the big breakfast and it was well presented and instead of egg I got an extra banger. Was a little too much to eat but everything was great. Cappuccino was delicious too. Simple yet effective menu
