What an incredible place! My brother who has been overseas for 4 years was craving NZ fish n chips, so we headed to Sea and Salt... the recommendations from the lady at the counter were perfect! The food was divine and the service was friendly and on point! Best fish n chips ever!
The best fish and chips I’ve ever had! No greasy hangover, good chips, plus the most extensive menu for vegetarian options I’ve ever seen! I had to look at the menu for 20min to try make a decision on what to order as I’ve never had that many options as a vegetarian before!
Delicious foods. Chips were great and the burger was massive! Real big beef burger no messing around. A little wait for food but worth it.
We've had a lot of fish and chips all over NZ and this has been the best!! Not only was the regular gurnard and chips amazing, but they also have great options for anyone who is celiac. Super appreciate the care they took to prepare a safe meal for my partner. And it wasn't dry like most gluten free
Brought in my own fresh snapper fillets. Sea n Salt battered n cooked to perfection.and added serve of yum chips ... Called me when ready so I could collect. Love the personal local service .

Best fish & chips we’ve had all summer. Delicious 😋 perfectly cooked and fresh fish, hot and ready to go chips …we will be back. Only difficulty is sometimes they’re too busy - obviously why! Too good!

We popped in for some fish and chips and although it took 15 minutes, the fresh fish and chips were delicious. Definitely recommend the snapper to have on the beach for lunch. Will be back again.
Kiwi-style Burgers and fresh fish and chips for little money. The portion size was pretty large and the food was very tasty for what u expect a takeaway to be like. Definitely would recommend!
Decided to take the easy option and grab FnC for dinner - so good! Homemade potato fritters and delicious tasting fresh fish…oh the chips were brilliant and a generous serve for 2 people at nobly $3 - absolutely will dine here again!
Really good food. Fresh fish & chips. Nice kids meals & delicious special fish burger. Lady on counter taking orders could have been a little more polite to her staff infront of customers just a suggestion
