Review Daily Grinds Cafe & Bakery - Whanganui

This Cafe is one that I call cheap & cheerful. Their food is affordable, with a huge range of cold & hot cabinet food to choose from, plus a menu. I had Keto Eggs Benedict (lettuce instead of buns). The staff are very obliging and pleasant.

The best coffee ever. You also get a loyalty card so every sixth drink is free. If you are hungry in the morning, The Daily Grinds is the place to go for a huge heart breakfast. Also a big range of yummy cabinet foods to choose from. There is also a menu board to choose from. You can take away or sit down, with a couple of tables outside. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend The Daily Grinds

A spacious dining space serving good coffee. Cabinets offer both hot and cold options to either eat in or bag and take away. All moderately priced.

A pleasant surprise awaited me. Merely, upon entering the premise, I was greeted with a cheerful welcome. The extensive range of savories, slices, cakes, and sandwiches was exceeded by an even greater array of cold and chilled drinks. I opted for a ''hopefully a good strong coffee's and I was richly rewarded with an awesome 'long black coffee'. The pleasant and friendly team were busy about the cafe/restaurant, fussing, cleaning and ever-mindful of customer needs and satisfaction.

Consistently best mocchachino in town! Sooo good! Great price too. Open lots of hours. Thanks!

Would like to thank the staff for helping us out with preparing a special vegetarian option. Would definitely stop here again.

There are heaps of these kind of bakery now, but the experience can really vary. Mr. Bun in Levin, for example, is usually dirty, and full of empty cabinets. This one though, is what happens when you work hard and get the fundamentals right. Tables were all cleared regularily, everything was in order. The food was all really fresh, with a good selection of all the favourites. Good ingredients. The staff were super plesant. Even the coffee was good! 5 stars.
