A beautiful Café with soul. The coffee tasted great and the pie was just like from mom ♥️.

That's when I stumbled upon Article Cafe
And as I stepped inside, the scent of coffee filled my day
I took a seat, and perused the menu
And as I ordered, my heart did subdue

Fab coffee, great location with a chilled vibe and friendly staff.
I am impressed by the flat white I had. It's also a good location, especially in summer, if you want to sit outside as it has seating out there. Don't know about food, if it has food, as I didn't look for food when there

Probably one of the best coffee shops I've been to ! The atmosphere is just amazing, very vintage and cozy! The coffee is great and on top of all there's a section where you can find old vintage clothing, found the best jacket there ! :))
Great vintage atmosphere, solid coffee (strong dark roast). The pastries are the real highlight!

A great little cafe with great coffee. Set in the old Chronicle paper building in Whanganui, just up from the river. Lots of retro clothing and odd items for sale as well. If you want a cafe that’s a little different, this is it..

This place is a real gem in Whanganui.
On a two week road trip, got recommended by the Durie hill elevator driver. He was so right about the fabulous coffee, we have had Flat-whites from one end on NZ to the other end. No one is better Than Article Cafe. G&K Russell Tauranga

Great coffee and an cosy atmosphere amongst arty things to buy if you wish. Warm and comfortable. The place is not one of those barn/tavern type layout places for the hordes which are more uninviting and cold than anything else?
An out of the way place, so go visit!
