Review Wendy’s - Whangaparaoa

Amazing! That has to be the best fast food restaurant I’ve visited in a long time. Friendly service, clean tables and great food.

Love me a Wendy's burger, we don't have one where we live, so it's always a treat when we do go. I like that the floors were slippery, might have been grease or just washed, I had a good time busting out some Michael Jackson dance moves because of it. The theme is like a office space where you eat? Classic Wendy's as always!

Had lunch with a friend and found the staff friendly and helpful. Love Wendy's food however I thought these types of places need something to uplift the vibe when dining. Don't know what exactly but something? Over all it was pleasant and nice.

Lots of parking outside and lots of seating inside. First time having Wendy's in a very long time and the staff member was super helpful, especially with sizes of combos. Burgers were perfect sizes and not greasy. Flavourful and satisfying. Tried the chili, which is delicious. An enjoyable experience.

Wendy's provide the best milk shake out of any of the fast food outlets. Service here was very very very average.

Always great food, bathrooms are locked and you need a code from the front which is pretty strange for the area. Not very nice bathrooms either. The diner theme is a bit dated but still more than nice enough to eat in.

I have never been there before, but I see that the staff were very friendly and I was absolutely amazed with the service and also for how prompt and punctual they were at delivering orders to their customers, and also for how dedicated and sophisticated they were in the hospitality sector And very conveniently how everything is at your fingertips.

I took my mother to Wendy's and the customer service staff member Brodie was so attentive and excels in his role. Great job Brodie!!

Food is great as usual, no issues waiting in the drive through, only 4 stars for service as over the voice box in the drive through, they could have a bit more happiness to their voice.

It was a quiet Sunday afternoon a few days ago. I went in and straight to the restroom first not knowing they had a policy of 'buy first then can request for code to enter the restroom'. However, a staff saw me walking towards the restroom and he just gave me the code straight away without me even asking. The girl staff at the counter was very polite too. Meal was as good as expected.

Hands down best fries ever! So fresh & crunchy !! The burgers are 😍.

Honestly can’t think of a nice thing to say about this place. The staff were so rude and miserable the last 3 times I went and the food is disgusting. Just ordered a taco salad which clearly stated in store and on the website it doesn’t have meat in it and it came with meat. I asked the lady if it was real meat or not and she said it was then just said “oh”?? So misleading and she handled the situation so poorly. No wonder they don’t have customers 😡

Stopped in here recently on my way back to Auckland from a beach day. Just went through the drive through. Prompt and friendly service, did not rush me while trying to place my order. Extra brownie points there. All food was present and correct as per paid for order. Will definitely come back through here on my future return journeys.

The food is fine, the service was terrible. Dirty tables, staff ignoring customers at counter. I suppose it is a fast food joint after all. Luckily We were just passing through.

Terrible service! The manager was so condescending to the poor girl who looked to be new and kept telling her off so rudely in front of customers, she looked like she wanted the ground to swallow her up. Probably why she gave me the complete wrong burger. Won't return

Update: I have previously complained about orders always being wrong here, but am pleased to report that it has now been over 6 months since our last incorrect order. <br/><br/>I am a fan of the Taco salad, which is not only tasty, but healthier than other fast food. The rest of the family prefer burgers and the $5 mates rates combos are excellent value.<br/><br/>Good for quick eats.

After a successful sushi tasting I decided I would review the nearby Wendy's on the way to my next destination. As my reviews are completely unbiased in order to keep my reviews as fair as possible i do not profit from any Zomato reviews that i write and i always try to order the cheapest meals possible to prevent any establishment from profiting from my visit. So I ordered their 5 dollar mates rates meal and stretched out the payment by paying both in coins and by eftpos as this will also add more labor into the process thus minimizing any potential profit further. They advertised the chocolate flavor frosty but only had vanilla. The Coca-Cola certainly did not taste like coke it was flat not nice at all. The chips were barely warm and when I went to put sauce in a sauce pot the machine squirted sauce all down my shirt. Burger was as dry as their fake plants. The ambiance was something else altogether it was eerily quiet with strange messages written all over the place. There was a dance floor on the ceiling. Aswell as images of a creepy overly happy cartoon girl everywhere staring at me whilst I ate, also there was a big mural of some guy groping a girl with a bag of Wendy's Photo shopped in there beside him perhaps suggesting that eating Wendy's will get you hitched. I put the rubbish in the bin then left. Wendy's you need to get with the times. Otherwise not bad value at all I would definitely recommend! ☆☆☆☆ stars.. what an experience!

My god service is horrible served by this stupid Indian looks like she doesn't even wanna be at work and forgotten my order made me a home style chicken with rotten lettuce and expect me to eat it? And asked me what's wrong with it? Stupid open ur eyes.... will never go back dea again 😡

While I like Wendy's food in general, I don't like going to the Whangaparaoa store because they short serve you e.g. last night I bought more than $30 of burgers etc and the two large fries were both only 3/4 full and the two Bacon Cheese Burgers both had only one piece of bacon in them instead of the standard two.
