I had the falafel pitta pocket and it was delicious and generous with the filling. Staff were really friendly and even pointed out a way to get more for my money. Family next to me had salads and they looked incredible. Would definitely go back.

This restaurant turned out to be a blessing in Whangarei. It’s almost my everyday eating place for most of my work visits to the area. The food is fresh and very light in heart. Grills are awesome. And add some nice desserts to double the fun.

Up from Auckland visiting family. Spotted Turkuaz Cafe and promised myself a coffee for the return trip home. Stepped into the cafe and instantly knew this place was authentic. I ordered my Türk kahvesi and waited just long enough to know it was being freshly brewed. I also bought a tin of authentic coffee to take home. The other pleasant surprise was getting a tin of apple tea. My family was really happy when I got home about three hours later. I brew coffee daily but the tea will be for high days and holidays. I will return one day for the food!

Very tasty Turkish doner kebab. The amountof the meat in wraps could be more, though. Also, there are lots of vegetarian options. Restaurant is a nice place with little kid zone and clean toilets

Delicious! Great pita pockets and the mezze platter for 2 was amazing. We drove from rosedale to whangarei ... "No Ragerts" especially the tiramisu. My partner said we can drive back (2 hours) just for it!
