This place was fabulous. We had a beer and finger foods at the spa pools. There were classic musicians over the water. The place looked like a tropical island and very summery. Bottles of lemon, orange waters next to the spa pools, which was very thoughtful. The shower room was so tidy and flash. I had a spa in the cave with cool LED lights as well. It was just amazing. I will come back with my family one day.

On holiday in Whitianga and found this jewel! I had pain in my shoulder and Desy did an Indian head and shoulder massage that was perfect and helped with the pain. The place is very quaint a hidden gem in a neighborhood. It is having some renovations at the moment. But such a unique and beautiful place! Highly recommend!! Staff very pleasant and kind

Amazing place to go for a soak and a massage. Really enjoyed our massage. Huge Thank you to Emi & Sheryl for the amazing massage. Felt like a new person after it. Highly recommend. My partner booked us a couple massage. Got 2 glasses, platter and champage. Purchase Pure Fiji products as those are the products they use when yu go for a massage. Love it. Unfortunately it Hailed just before we left but it still was an amazing experience.

Great couples massage and I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to relax and treat themselves. Food was delicious, I had seafood chowder and it was one of the better ones I've had.

Great experience for couples. We visited on Saturday morning and had delicious breakfast in their restaurant before entering the pools. Not so many people in the morning, we were able to find nice places in the pools and relax. I believe, the ladies shower needs good maintenance or rennovation. I would also suggest not to serve food plates in the pools to keep the water clean. Having cocktails in the pools is more than enough. Thank you!

The Lost Spring is amazing. As you drive in, you can hear Fijian music and you are surrounded by tropical plants. Walking in the door the restaurant and reception is designed as a Bure with a view of a no swim pool. There is beauty therapy services, pool side bar and snack service and lovely showers. The landscaping is magical. I ❤️ TLS!

Booked a couple’s spa package for my husband and I and highly recommend. The ambience and facilities were brilliant and the staff were all friendly. The spa package we had was an absolute treat and we left feeling very relaxed.

Best hot pool in NZ by far. Great for couples or groups. Swim up bar has the best cocktails. Amethyst cave is gorgeous but the lava pools are the only ones really hot enough in winter. The whole place is just magical, cleansing and reviving. My fav recommendation.

Food was absolutely delightful we got the beef burger and fries, the burger was so great flavors were absolutely on point, we did also go for a swim which was great! The inside cave seemed to need a bit of clean bit other than that we were happy with our visit

Paradise in the middle of town! Amazing creation of a place to escape to enjoy stunning pools, gorgeous plants, and fascinating rock forms.
That was before the pampering. Oh my! Two and a half hours of heaven getting a foot scrub, full body massage, and facial while listening to the trickle of the water flowing and feeling the gentle breeze left us breathless

Beautiful and absolutely the most amazing service. We had the best massages and facials. The Pure Decadence package is the best selection. 2.5 hours of bliss plus and all day pass for the Thermal pools. My husband and I were in paradise. Friendly staff. The drinks were also top notch as was the snack platter. Cheryl and Joanna were the wonderful ladies to give us our spa treatments. These ladies were fabulous!

We spent the whole day there and it was phenomenal! Highly recommend the hot stone massage and the facial treatment. Friends said we looked 10 years younger when we returned, and we certainly felt like that!

This place is absolutely worth the money. We just went with the most budget tickets but was still an amazing experience. Feels like you could be in Hawaii surrounded by tropical plants and perfectly warm water. There are three pools a freezing cold one, a moderate and super hot one, so something for everyone.

This place is worth visiting! There are several pools to choose from. Very nice aesthetics too!They also serve drinks while you're in the pool. You can bring your own towels if you don't want to pay extra for one. Also checkout the restaurant. They have good food if you fancy a nice dinner after the dip.
